The support I received throughout my course was consistently strong, with staff always approachable, responsive and genuinely invested in helping resolve any issues that came up. Their attentiveness made a big difference to my overall experience and progress. As I’m nearing completion of my Certificate III, I feel well-prepared and confident to transition into the workforce after finishing my placement. Special mention (and thanks!) to Chelsea - my assessor, and the placement team for making things such a smooth experience.
The administration team has been highly supportive and responsive, consistently providing clear communication and timely assistance to clients especially. Their professionalism and willingness to help has greatly enhanced the overall experience, especially JORDON & JAMES who are just fantastic at what they do.

Alffie is one of the few RTO’s that genuinely delivers outcomes for their students.
From an employment service provider perspective what I love isn’t a single thing - it’s the consistency. They don’t disappear ever after enrolment. They reach out to students one on one, they follow up, and they stay accessible. If a student starts to disengage, they don’t let it drift they step in and work with the student to bring them back and assist them.
Their trainers and assessors are a big part of that. They’re strong technically and are experts in the content but more importantly, they know how to work with people. They meet students where they’re at, understand barriers as they come up, and actually build confidence in their students not just competency.
They also go further than just delivering training. They facilitate work placements and create real opportunities for students to step into employment. It’s not surface-level exposure to just content - it’s practical, supported, and clearly aimed at where someone is trying to get to.
I also want to call out their regional managers - particularly Ren. The level of passion and dedication here is obvious. There’s a genuine commitment to supporting employment service providers and students. That kind of leadership flows through everything - communication, responsiveness, and the way challenges are handled.
From an operational point of view, you can see the difference:
• more engagement
• completion rates are stronger
• participants are more work-ready
• there’s less drop-off and more confidence built
There’s also a clear difference in how outcomes are approached. This is not a volume-driven, enrolment-first model where success is measured through ability to just answer questions. It’s consistent engagement, follow-through, and accountability all the way through to completion and beyond. In a space where it can be easy to confuse activity with impact, that distinction is not small - it’s everything.
Beyond that they’re easy to work with. They communicate clearly, they follow through on what they say, and they adjust quickly when something needs to change.
I’ve seen what it looks like when training becomes transactional and disconnected from the goal real employment outcomes - This isn’t that.
If you’re an employment service provider or student looking for an RTO that actually supports people to move forward, not just enrol them they’re one of the strongest I’ve worked with.
I found the team very helpful when I had questions, especially with some sections I had trouble with. Overall, my experience was very enjoyable, and I looked forward to being on the computer each day. I would recommend Alffie to anyone who wants to succeed.
