Really, really good experience with Paul Griffiths of APWM. Paul and his colleagues have excellent knowledge and experience of what financial products are on offer. Paul managed to keep everything simple which was ideal for someone like me who hasn't forayed into the financial markets before.

I didn't know APWM but reached out to them through LinkedIn as I had been considering consolidating and moving my multiple UK Pension products to a single US based product for a while. I worked with James & India throughout the transfer process of 4 UK pension products to a USA SIPP and they have been instrumental in walking me through the process and keeping everything on track. As a number of other reviews have indicated, the barriers and delays put up by some of the UK schemes can be frustrating but India takes everything in her stride and keeps things moving forwards. My partner and I wanted to transfer multiple pension schemes to one each, living in France post Brexit not the simplest of tasks. We were recommended APWM, so reached out for help. They battled through the post Brexit brick walls to find the best solutions for us and supported us 100% through the barrage of forms and paperwork required to be completed. I knew absolutely nothing about this company but thankfully I was giving Jeff White to be the person to deal with me. He is a lovely person, knowledgeable, sympathetic, and made a new Pensioner feel comfortable in releasing some of her savings to an investment. He has gone over and beyond to guide me in my new life as well out of the UK. I highly recommend Jeff and APWM. I also of course like their attitude on the environment and biodiversity - referring Tree Nation - and the chance to plant a tree in Indonesia but suggest they make it a lot easier as I have still not gone through the entire process because it is complex and may in the end, give up which is a shame! I suggest that could be improved.

This company was so helpful in providing guidance and advice, navigating how to get access to the information about my small UK retirement from afar and review the options for potential transfer. This was our second year in working on this. Shout out to Dave Wattles, in particular, for being honest and candid that the fees involved were too high for the fund total to make sense for the transfer option. He then guided me through the best option for getting access to my retirement funds from across the Atlantic and avoiding any unnecessary taxation along the way - and all without charging me a penny for his expertise, time, and patience.
