Value for money, was kept up to date on delivery.

I did a lot of research online and looked at (literally) hundreds of different rattan sets, before deciding on the Sicilia Bistro Set from Alexander Francis.

The website was clear, the pictures were of excellent quality and there was plenty of information given about the products. I could tell that the rattan in this furniture was going to be of superior quality to some of the cheaper, or same priced furniture, from other suppliers.

My furniture was delivered within 3 days of ordering it and the delivery men were so lovely and helpful. The furniture itself is BEAUTIFUL, I can't recommend it enough.

I will definitely be using Alexander Francis again for future purchases. Well done for being the best company I've ordered from in a good while!

We purchased several sunbeds for our property here in S.W France.
There was a slight hiccup in delivery, but the matter was sorted quickly and professionally. The sunbeds look far more expensive than they were and gives a quality feel to our business.

I also ordered from Alexander Francis last year and the product is excellent. However, I had the same problem as currently - the website says delivery within seven days but this is not the case. Delivery has been quoted as week beginning 10th May. As you make immediate payment in full, don't feel that this is good enough.

I found all members of A F employees easy to deal with and extremely helpful.

I was very pleased with my purchase last year (Tuscany Brown Rattan 4 Piece Daybed and Napoli Brown Rattan 3 Piece Sun Lounger set). Didn’t hesitate on returning this year to make another purchase. Lee is very helpful, it's nice to deal with a firm who make you feel valued as a customer.

I found Alexander Francis on the internet while searching for good quality, attractive garden furniture, not only was the website EXCELLENT, I found the overall service great. I am enjoying my furniture, it looks great and is both comfortable and practical.

After a lot of searching for a high quality black rattan dining set with cream cushions, we found the Alexander Francis range and placed an order. The quality is top notch, with anodised, turned aluminium feet, smoked glass table inlay, stainless steel ice box, and firm, comfortable seat cushions. The only tricky bit was getting it round the back as the table is solid and wont fit through a single door, so we had to lift it over the garden fence from the road. All in all a brilliant product.

Was a little bit concerned ordering garden furniture without being able to see it for true quality, colour and comfort especially as it was purchased and delivered as a gift. However, it was spot on. A year on it is looking brand new

I purchased all weather garden furniture last year. The company kept me informed through the whole process and when the furniture needed replacement feet a few weeks ago this was done very promptly and without hesitation. I would buy from them again

Great product, we were very pleased with the conservatory furniture. Ordered premium delivery and was expecting assembly and removal of packaging, however the delivery men knew nothing of this. I contacted AF and without asking they refunded the entire cost of delivery. A test of a good company is how it reacts to issues that of course can happen, and I thought they dealt with the issue perfectly.

Brilliant looking furniture and exceptional value. Would highly recommend company and have done so to two friends since the purchase. Required replacement seat which was dealt with very efficiently. Have had trouble with rusting feet only weeks after having replaced the original ones that were found to be faulty during production. Emailed photos to the company and hoped to have response reassuring me they would honour any rusting parts and replace said parts but I received no confirmation of receipt of the photos or reassurance they have registered the problem/my concern.
