The man that treated the mice problem…
The man that treated the mice problem was very good.
However I find it difficult to book an appointment and I cannot speak to the person who does the actual booking. I needed to change an appointment and it wasn’t confirmed. The office side of booking is frustrating as you give all your details and pay in full for the treatment but somewhat I couldn’t book it with that person who I spoke to. I was assured a lady called jackie will ring me back but she didn’t. It would be ideal that the person who answer the calls and gets all the information and the payment to be able to book the appointment instead of having to contact Jackie in my case and wait for a call back which doesn’t always happen.
With saying all this I’ve used this company for many years and my partner uses them as well.
Over all they treat the problem I have had so far.

Try and charge for a monthly service and fail to attend, sometimes 3 months without any service.
