We need our vans on the road, not in the service department.
We have had an issue with one of 5 new vans we purchased from LDV.
We are now in the 3rd week that LDV Footscray has had the van. Yet, I am still unsure when I will receive my van back.
I have initiated all phone calls to find out when I can expect to have my van returned.
As of today, still not one phone call from LDV and still no van.
If you are thinking of an LDV vehicle, consider very carefully where you purchase it from and where you get it serviced.
Very poor.
