Absolutely amazing service start to finish! Could not recommend these guys enough! Extremely professional and knowledgeable - really helped in the decision making process and so glad that we trusted Mudassars expertise because the blinds are absolutely fantastic! Haroon and BK the fitters were an absolute joy - so efficient and professional!

I booked for a free quote i hadnt heard back confirmation till someone had turned up at my door they explained that they could not confirm as had the wrong phone number which i find hard to believe as ive had the same number 16 years,anyway i explained i was not well so was rebooked for 2 days time but was an wait in all day appt.I got a call to say someone would be with me within 20 mins which they were.What i did not expect was an taxi driver obvs this must be his other employement which i do not have an issue with but his customer service was very poor he measured lounge the kitchen and didnt even bother with the bedroom then gave me a choice of blinds with a random cost of 200 pounds nothing at all about the 3 blinds from 89.00 offer i expected it to be a bit more than the 89.00 which is on the leaflet advertised but the kitchen and bedroom are small windows so not sure where he got this figure from.I said would speak to my husband when he got in from work and could he leave me a contact number which he didnt just said would call me back later and went and still no call back.Safe to say they will not be getting my custom.I found his manner and attitude really poor.Just hope all their other reps who go out to measure and quote are a bit more customer focused how can anyone give a random quote with no measurements is beyond me I would def not recommend due to this.

Great experience from start to finish, i was booked in for the next day and was given a discount as i work for the nhs which was a nice surprise. My blinds were fit 2 days later, amazing turn around time, would definitely recommend the service was fantastic throughout.

Haroon fitted the blinds in a considerate and tidy way. The blinds are beautiful and have been very well installed by Haroon.
My family always use Allams blinds, and I totally recommend them to anyone.

My experience was excellent from initial enquiry through to installation. More than happy with quality of blinds and price was reasonable too. Chap who came out to measure up and install was polite, considerate and great to deal with. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Total jackas*es. Unprofessional and contradicting lot they are. Steer clear and go elsewhere. Plenty of other options and alot cheaper too.

Just got an excellent job done today plus they went the extra mile by going to my mums house to fix their ALAMS blind that went faulty after 15 years in the bedroom Lol

We were recommended beautiful blinds by a neighbour. The whole process was very simple. I completed the online form to book a home quotation. They were able to come and fit our blinds within a week. They were in contact through the whole process to keep us updated and worked around our work commitments. Haroon was very proficient and professional and has done an excellent job.
