Got a license key, worked the first week and then hasn't worked since. Always getting "Download suspended" even after reinstalling and relogging in.

Can't download YouTube videos and when asked why they say they are aware of the problem and are working on it. They are still advertising their product and still taken money off people for a product you can't use. To me this is fraud.

Broken since late Jan 2025, support keeps saying they're working on a solution but it's been 9 months!
They won't refund the money either so useless app. PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

After renewing and paying for a new Airy activation code downloads are not possible anymore. The customer service knows about it saying their team is working on the problem. That was more than a month ago and unfortunately customer service stopped responding.

As others have pointed out, my paid version of the app was great, but simply stoped working in March 2025. I checked the Eltima website today and noticed that the app is no longer listed as an Eltima product. This leads me to believe that they have discontinued the product, but the interface for purchasing still works. To me, this seems quite sketchy - who knows where your money and credit card information might end up.

Like the other comments, the app has stopped working. It is useless now but it used to be great. I hope they are not still selling the app. I did get a reply from them that said YouTube had changed their algorithm and that their team were trying to sort it and watch out for updates. Will they ever fix it?

I've used this since 2019 - lifetime license. It stopped working in 2025. Errors include

it was working fine, but I think developers decided they have made enough of this project and lets abanon this project an people who bought the software, I trie contacting them to address the issue that the app is no longer downloading videos for me for last few months, and to no answer, looks like developers made money as. much as they can and moved on to next project to scam more people

After buying life time licence is stopped working in few weeks. All video I try download is Suspended. It is scam, don't buy.

It started out working fine. I bought the product. Worked reasonably well for 2 weeks. a few videos ended up failing as "download suspended".
Now that the 2 weeks is up and I can't ask for money back... NOTHING downloads. EVERYTHING is "download suspended". I don't try 4k, and I don't try age restricted - generally save things like Drybar Standup Comedy to have something to do in case internet goes out.
But now it just sits on my desktop like a paperweight, but less useful. There is NO support. Going to the page, click on the link for email support, it literally does Nothing. Waste of money. Save Yourselves.

URL method for downloading, so easy to use. Miraculously I succeeded in downloading all three videos on the trial version which led me to falsely believe that I would be able to download all the other videos that I wanted. Unfortunately after paying for the pro version I could only download something like every third video on the first day and after that no videos at all.

I asked for help and got an automated reply asking me if I was using the right menu to log in. I assured them that I was. Then I got a reply asking me if I was using the right menu to log out. I assured them that I was. The communication then stopped for a day or so after which I asked for a refund as it wasn't working. I sent screen shots and explained in detail what I had attempted to do to get it working. I received an automated reply saying it was a problem that they were trying to resolve by the next update. After three attempts all of which received the same automated reply I tried to get hold of Cleverbridge but they only handle the financial side for Airy.

You will not get any form of qualified help. You will not be able to download all of the videos you want, (I can only speak for the videos that I tried to download of course), so basically it's a waste of your money. On the other hand I can recommend ifly.
