Only gave 1 star because you have to click something! This place is a dump. They didn't get me any confirmation or tracking info! When I finally did receive my package the barrel was warped,scope mount screws were all stripped and the bolt doesn't work correctly. I emailed them and they have yet to respond to help out. I will never do business with airsoft megastore again! If you do, your asking for trouble!

Bought a bunch of things on cyber Monday from them got the few days before Christmas and half was bro5ke then almost the other half broke while using it for the first time tried calling them about it for a month and when I finally got them they were rude and pretty much said it was my own fault for buying what I did which is bull because no matter what I ordered it should have been broken upon receiving it and should work when you use it

Customer service is an absolute joke. They have lost me several hundred dollars and I have sent five emails, called and nothing.

Bought $300 worth of airsoft equipment from them. Package had a mysterious return to sender request 5 days after it shipped and caused ti to be delayed even more. After the package got here the magszine on the co2 1911 i ordered had a factory defect. Called customer service who said they will ship a new one. 12 days later, no magazine, no confirmation email, no shipping or tracking information, contacted their customer service again, no response.

Perfect place to buy an air gun! Seriously. Prices are great compared to others.

Never buying there again. They sent me the gun I ordered, the barrel did not line up with the rail. And I sent it back and they said they would send another. I waited a week and called, they forgot to send my replacement gun, they fixed it and it was on it’s way. It got to me and the barrel was bent, I called again, they refused to refund me or send me a new one.

Terrible manager, terrible customer service, wouldn't give them 1 star

As others have said - ZERO customer service. I ordered a pistol from them, but it came with no instruction manual. ZERO response to multiple emails to their “customer service”. Thanks to independent posters on YouTube i was able to figure out what I needed to know. Do NOT recommend purchasing from these guys!!

check Better Business Bureau report before you buy I've been arguing with this company to get a refund for over a year now still no resolution do not buy from this company

They have zero customer service. Sent emails with no response. Their guns don't work and they want to charge you to fix them even when they don't work from day 1. How about sending a product that actually works. Their return policy is BS. They were supposed to send an RMA twice but never did. They don't care about their customers. Very disappointed I was ripped off twice! Don't buy ANYTHING from them!!!!

Tried calling to setup a order. Called multiple times never was answered!
so i called airsoftgi.com. Got connected right away placed on a brief hold and then it was a breeze they helped me threw every question or concern i had! definitely wouldn't advise dealing with airsoft megastore if they cant pickup a phone to help customers..btw they lost out on a $700 order from me due to lack of customer care/support! Seems they take more time to make a YouTube video then running the actual online business... hope this review can help anyone looking to avoid a not so good online store!

Customer service was terrible, Ordered a custom gun builder that came in broken, they told me I would be refunded the shipping costs when it came to there store, Emailed them multiple times when it wasn't refunded, no reply, called multiple times and my number was blocked. ORDER STUFF FROM EVIKE I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM!!!!

First time I went and approached this megastore through calling from overseas, I told them upfront I was expecting not buy anything, but wanted to learn more about teching and how i know what parts i need. I told Rommel I already had won a raffle v12 engine first time playing. The staff took time out of selling and they stayed on the phone with me (even though there were 'real ' customers) to walk me through the basics. I then called back from overseas and placed a order. I bought a 16" outer barrel gun with all its outer casing components. Now i can get my 455mm inner barrel inside without using a wobbly compensator. Shipping and everything was all super good price and they take good care of their customers.

Probably the best place to shop and talk, i wish to go visit them soon. They have a huge selection of product to look at and buy. The staff are nice with a great personality. Best airsoft store in the world to buy specially with overseas discount shipping prices.

I ordered roughly 600 dollars worth of airsoft gear from them. After I confirmed the purchase online I was called a day after and my card was declined due to an incorrect billing address. (Originally both my shipping and billing address we're Texas) I fixed this vocally over the phone with a customer service rep (billing address is Wyoming shipping address is Texas). The order is then shipped and three days later I receive an email from UPS stating my package was delivered but not received. The package was shipped to Wyoming to my billing address. I wrote an email to their customer support and received no reply. I called and was able to get in touch, the service rep was unwilling to help. He wanted me to pay for shipping twice, due to their error because they had to pay the return to sender shipping. I agreed to pay for an error I did not make and the service rep was audibly agitated I had even asked for them to pay for shipping. This will be the last order from this website, if this order ever even arrives

Bought 3 of their "so-called" new line of sentinel drum mags for my AK105.
After returning them because Frankly, they sucked royally, and were falling apart even before i used them, ive had to call them now 3 times to find the status of the RMA, 3 FRIGGING TIMES, they dont even have the common courtesy to email me, I finally got some sort of closure and an instore credit, and how did they apologies for selling me essentially crap, they hung up on me, i will be contacting my credit card company and see if they can reverse charge them, i will buy only what i know is non garbage they sell and taking my business to airsoft gi or evike because frankly, they sell sub standard garbage.
Please do yourself a favor dont buy anything here, i seriously doubt youll want to go thru what ive gone thru.
Side note: airsoft megacrap will probably block this posting because i doubt theyll want negative feedback and keep the customer in the dark about their products that suck

Incredible service had no issues good for anything airsoft they have good quality product arrive on time I love it

I ordered all my gear from them and it came fast and was of good quality. I was looking for a specific gun and they had it at a good price compared to the other airsoft stores.

Ordered two Lancer Tactical M4's for my son and I. Also got a couple of there plate vests that were on a super sale. Very happy with the prices and the quick shipping. Guns are great.

Very helpful and straight to the point customer service. I love this site because they have a wide variety of different guns!
