Very inaccurate- save your money
Very hard to connect with their minimal instructions. The machine is inaccurate: Finally reported PM 2.5 particles as "1" when local government ACI said the number was 39 and my Dylos recorded 42. The temperature and humidity was also off by 5 points temp (Airgradient 78 vs local therm 73deg; Humidity also off a few %) Elsewhere there is a warning that the company purchases a Chinese PM2.5 indicator which frequently reads only "1"--so this may be a known problem over a year old and unfixed!! I bought it specifically to track PM 2.5 due to relationship with lung disease and long term risks.
I see why they refuse returns or refunds.. I am sure that lawyers have a term for their behavior??
