Great customer care
Purchased a Katsu part, AIM being the Katsu agent in the UK.
Initially there was an error and the wrong item was sent, not only did AIM correct the error quickly but they also asked me to keep the tool they had sent in error as a goodwill gesture.
This is how customer service is done, people get things wrong from time to time, it's how you put it right that matters and these guys know how to do that.
The site is now in my favourites bookmark for future use.

Usually order 10 tonne bottle jacks but only one in stock. Ordered the one which came quickly....great. However, amiled to ask if they were getting some more in soon and not had a response.

Eventually offered either replacement ‘seals’ to fix myself or a discounted new item.. and they are clueless keyboard warriors. Emails now not answered. Reasonable price means the quality is sh*t
