Very swift and helpful, but disappointed that when incorrect medals were sent I was given replacement stickers to correct the problem myself. As the problem was not of my making I would have thought that replacement medals in correct condition could have been sent to me.

Great service but disappointed that not all plaques are engraved

I ordered a trophy for the winner of a professional award and seven engraved paperweights for the runners-up. The name of the trophy winner was only known a week before it was needed, so Aford Awards had a tight deadline which they met easily. I have used this company for several years now and they have always come up trumps for me.

Very pleased with the trophies and very quick delivery.
One was out of stock but swiftly dealt with and all came soon after.
