The actual coverage this company provides is pitiful. We have had repairs on our refrigerator and air conditioning system and the amount they oay toward the repairs is less than 10% of the actual cost of the repairs. Do not waste your money on them if you think they will pay for any significant portion of repairs.

Spencer did a great job answering all of our questions. The setup process was fast and easy. We were locked-in on a great plan in a matter of minutes.

Do not trust this company at all. My fridge needed to be replaced and they only offered me a $100 buyout. Told me they had to consider depreciation. Not anything in the contract about that. Very dishonest.

We chose AFC Home Warranty because it had advantages that the other companies didn't. One example being able to choose our own vendor for repairs. That advantage we liked since we already had established repour with certain repairman. Richard Clemens our representative was very helpful. He was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful in our choosing the Gold Plan.
