We placed an on-line order and requested 2-day shipping and it was apparently approved as we got proper confirmation, then 2 days later we got an e-mail informing us that the order had been cancelled, when we called their customer service line to see what the problem was a all we got was a bunch of "unfortunate" talk and no offer to help remedy their own shortcoming, we'll just go shopping elsewhere next time as we cannot trust them.

Horrible! Worst customer service I’ve received. I just returned an item from them and asked about my refund which I paid through Klarna and I was told that I have to finish off my payments to be able to get a refund .I let the customer service lady know that that’s ridiculous and if there’s anyway I can stop the payments and get a refund sooner and she ended the chat . That’s disrespectful. Every time I contact customer service, I leave disappointed.

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. I have ordered twice from them, shows the product is in stock. They have cancelled my order twice!! Why offer it, if you don't have it. I have never purchased from their store, gave them a chance, and unfortunately never will. Horrible!

Horrible experience! Awful customer service and communication. Was never told that item was out of stock. Company not willing to make it right. Lots of other clothing places to order from with better policies. Beware!!

First of all, two months ago they kept canceling my orders for some reason and I had to keep reordering. Then after that they didn't bother shipping until 3 weeks later. Second of all, with my second order when I saw that they were taking over a week again to ship I wanted to cancel and they refused to let me cancel. I placed the order on 8/20 and spent the first 2 weeks of September trying to cancel it only for them to keep telling me they could not cancel because it was going to ship any day now and then (seriously) the day after I complained about them not canceling they charge me for the order that I don't even have. Report and dispute to your credit company, it's not right that this brand either takes forever to ship or does not ship at all yet refuses to cancel and still charges you.

Placed an order on August 12 got the order confirmation email then nothing. I wasn't even mad because I can understand that there might be a delay but after 21 days I'd had enough so I called to cancel my order the customer service agent told me that I hadn't received the package yet because they don't have the stuff I ordered. She wasn't rude or anything and said she would go ahead and cancel the order. 6 days later I see a withdrawal from my account from aero so I call to find out why they took the money for a canceled order customer service let me know that when you call to cancel there's no guarantee. Its just a cancel request. I was mad until I came here and saw all these other reviews. Somebody needs to get this on the news.

Placed an order August 19. It's Sept. 8th. STILL hasn't even been fulfilled, let alone shipped! I got an email from Aeropostale today, asking me to... get this... RATE the product I ordered! Hmmm... Seriously? What is happening with this company? Guess I'll be filing a dispute of charges with my CC company, since Aeropostale isn't allowing any canceled orders. What?! Never heard of such a thing.

My order has been shipped yesterday and it’s literally gonna arrive a month after I made my order. And also yesterday they told 2 of my items has been canceled. 😠

I placed an order on Augest the 15th.
Still not shipped. I called and called and their minions keep saying the same damn thing.
Sorry but for a business you NEED to be transparent and watching your orders.
I've been waiting almost a full month for my order.
Fun thing, I wanted to cancel my order and their responce? "We cannot cancel an order." That is not right, the BBB needs to be informed of this huge issue and I think I will.

PLEASE DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I don't know what is going on there, but I am having the same problems everyone else is having. I order some items on August 13th. It's now September 2 Never received the items then when I tried to cancel they are taking there time canceling the order. I will never purchase ANYTHING from them again.

I have been waiting for my order for 2 weeks with zero updates. Customer service can not tell me when it will ship. We ordered these items for a vacation and may not receive them on time. Zero reason given for the delay.

I ordered my daughter 5 black uniforms shirt on August 18 2021 I check my order online and it's still says fulfilment I called customer services and I was told I would receive them before school started on August 30 2021 I call again and they told me they are months behind I can't believe this

(edited sept. 3 2021) status still says "awaiting fulfillment". I dont know if its just me but for some reason that transaction is not longer visible in my recent purchases... although i have message proof that $$ was taken out of my account from aero AND i did check to see if that amount was correctly taken out that day... why does it seem like the $$ was returned back to me...

y'all got to be shittin' meh.... *excuse my language* I placed an order for uniform pants, in which school starts literally NEXT WEEK and i still see no updates. im sitting here reading through all the reviews that had been posted hours ago and now im officially STRESSED. i thought they'd ship out during the same time frame as the other stores which would be around a week or so, but guess not. im praying that everyone gets their orders & for my ass to get these pants to wear to school

Finally shipped. I promised to keep others updated on shipping so they could anticipate when theirs would come. I ordered on August 8th and mine is finally now marked as shipped on August 31st. That's 3 weeks and 2 days after placing the order. good luck to everyone still waiting for this nonsense.

SCAM. Ordered on August 10, order has not shipped. They will NOT refund the money. I suspect this may be aeros undoing. All of the shirts I purchased were short sleeved to finish out summer. Now they'll be impractical for the season and returned, if they ever arrive. Aero is about to refund sooooo much money.

On top of their LAWSUIT for fake sales, they won't be around much longer after this. I will never buy from them again. If customer service had been polite, if they had issued a refund, or if they hadn't just posted a peace sign "to the haters" (Aka angry customers) on Facebook, I would reconsider, but no. It is one thing to have a shipping delay. It's another to be snarky about it. I'm done.

So I placed an order online from Aeropostale, Zara’s, Foot Locker, Nike, Converse, Gap, and Sephora.com on and after Aug 25th , 2021. Today is Aug 29th(Sun) , and every single order arrived, except one!! Aeropostale!!! I will never order from here again. These orders were last minute things for my kids going back to school tomorrow. I even had a return/ exchange that was handled within that timeframe and that item has been delivered already within 2 days!!! I called the customer service, no help!! You should just shut down the site if you cannot fulfill people’s orders!! It is a shame that all these people are having this problem!! Shut the whole company down! I Hines didn’t know Aero was even still popular. I wore this brand in college back in 2002! Smh!!

I made an order on August 8th. It has now been 21 days and my items haven't shipped. Customer service only gives you copy and paste answers and will not give you a refund claiming "it is in the shipping process". Apparently the "shipping process" starts the minute you place your order and they TAKE YOUR MONEY. This is by far the worst company I've ever had to deal with in my life and I will NEVER support their business in the future.

Order placed on 12th August, the order has not yet shipped. Never return my call and on email just sent a 10$ off coupon to order again and wait. I am never ordering from Aero again.
