Engineer arrived on time and dealt with the problem immediately took roughly about 20 minutes in which repair was done and everything is working now very efficient repair man was very helpful and answered any queries I had overall a good experience would highly recommend using this firm for any repairs you need

The worst professional I have come across. They are the most unreliable and do not keep their appointments on two occasions. Confirmed appointment on Saturdays twice and made me wait for an engineer to come to do the job as the appointment is open for the whole day. No one turned up and they did not have the courtesy of informing me.
I would strongly suggest avoid them as they are the most reliable group who I have come across

Having exchanged 5 emails with Arerialforce, I left no doubt that I had a new Samsung 77inch TV that needed to be wall mounted. I have mounted many TVs down the years , but given the physical size of my new TV , I recognised that on this occasion, It would make more sense to have installed by an installation company.
I was provisionally quoted £199 and it was explained that the engineers would provide a final price based on what they would find on the day. I agreed and booked an install date.

Prior to the installation date I had already ran power and HDMI cables ( contained in the wall cavity) and labelled everything professionally.

On the day of the installation ( and within 30 seconds of walking into the living room) the engineer( there was only one ) suggested that the wall mounting would cost in excess of £500 + vat. The engineer wasn’t happy to use the bracket I bought and proceeded to sell me one that was in his Van that he was happy with.

To add insult to injury, the engineer made it clear that I would be required to assist him with physical fitting of the TV to the installed bracket! Feeling a little like a captive audience, I agreed .

In summary, I ended up with a bill in excess of £700 ( including a bracket )for what amounted to less than 1 hours work , with my assistance. This has to be the very worst customer experience of my life , never to be repeated. This company exemplifies the very definition of sharp practices. Be warned!!!

The reception on my television set had gone wrong certain channels with pixelated. I live in an area where we overlap between the West country and Welsh television service stations the West country services on the Bbc, especially where pixelated and I believe the aerial had been damaged or dislodged by the recent bad weather. The engineer came out the day after they said he would come looked at the television aerial from the ground said it was pointing at the mast Mendip tuned my set and said it was the tuning of the set that was at fault after he left I discovered that the set was now tuned to the Welsh stations which it was picking up very nicely but when I found the West of England services they still had the same fault on them. I rang aerial force complaining about this and they said that the engineer would be in touch with me yesterday I have not heard from him !

Very professional and most courteous team .. superb job completed without any inconvenience and great pricing.

Had an issue with my Ariel after some strong winds, gave these guys a call and they came out within an hour, they diagnosed the problem and replaced the necessary equipment.
All of this, from call to completion took no more than two (2) hours.

I had a cctv engineer round to fix / change a camera that wasn’t working , basically ripped the camera off the wall and tried to fit the new one . Then said it wasn’t compatible and I would need a new box for it to work . Charged me £114 for doing absolutely nothing and the quoted me over £500 to rectify the issue . Told my partner they wouldn’t leave the property till the £114 was paid . I was at work at the time . Avoid at all costs . Clueless

I’ve had plenty of tradespeople to my home over the years without an issue but this is the first time I’ve had one want me to buy him a parking permit to be able to show up. (In a free parking area).

I tried to give ‘Aerial Force,’ a second chance by seeing if I could rearrange with another worker, but it didn’t seem to be possible. The worker’s tone was quite rude down the line and didn’t seem to take what I was saying with any validity.

The first callers from Aerial Force I spoke to appeared to be nice and professional but this was all quickly undone unfortunately.

Engineer arrived with prior notice. Respected no parking on the estate grass verges. The job was to replace a broken mast (from storm) however he also replaced the aerial for a much more compact model. Very pleasant Engineer, would be happy to have him back again.
TV working well.

Engineer was brilliant. Explained everything clearly, work completed with the minimum of hassle. Reasonable price as well. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
Also the support on the phone from the lady booking the appointment in was really informative and helpful.

A quick response from the Company, arranging an engineer within a few days. Engineer was polite and friendly, efficiently carried out the work and took time to talk me through the Sky Glass set up.

Perfect service, extremely quick and tidy and the system is set up amazing and in a great location. Nothing was any trouble for the engineers and they were completed extremely quickly.

My gardener had cut an ethernet cable that ran between my house and the garage. I rang Aerialforce and next day a chap visited to quote (from HomeVision), the estimate was over £1000 with VAT. No thanks. I contacted telephone engineer co uk and the engineer came round next day and fixed it for £120.

Third time we have used Aerialforce. They are efficient, punctual, really friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely use them again.
