We have been working with the company 2 times. We thought that they provide expensive service but at the same time quality work. We were working with Mrs. Hilal on the Ankara Agreement Visa process, and all was smooth and well moving. However, later in the 2nd stage of our application to extend Ankara Agreement Visa, there were many problems. We have been meeting f2f with Lawyers overall 2hrs long, even we were meeting with lawyers phone calls many hours. We know all the costs and we are going to handle and accept them. We paid all the cost at once with bank transfer %100 and later they asked been asking more payment. Because they forgot that we paid. That’s not a big problem. But later, they started to ask about more payments due to extra costs during the process of Insurance applications process. We have accepted and paid. They have been talking with me rudely and even told me “If you don’t have money, you cannot apply anyways!”. While we were waiting the results, my phone called one day and asked for 3.000£ - 5000£ payment. Even only I paid for visa management a lot of money, they did not say sorry! Instead of saying sorry they were saying bad words. They should have informed me of the cost at the beginning of the process, they handle things very amateurishly. I have been telling them that there are cheaper lawyers handles the visa application, they been answering “we don’t even bother to read the papers with those prices” the way as much of us slang way. I was frustrated and angry but never dropped my professional approach towards them. Since it was during the COVID period, my visa period was very long. Everything was ready on time, but since the employee named Mrs. Sevil sent us our documents late, we waited for a long time. (I waited for a visa for almost 2 years) I couldn't do anything. Driver's license, travel, and other official transactions... In the end, I paid a lot of money for the marriage visa, and we got the visa within a few days. Since all my documents and references on visa were strong, everything would be very easy, but I waited for a long time because it was late. In addition, they never called me for 2 years unless I called them, or maybe they called me once. When I called them, they didn't even remember me. It is a company that does not stand behind its work and cannot handle customer relations.

Yaklaşık 1 buçuk sene önce ölümden döndüğüm ve karşı tarafın %100 hatalı olduğu bir trafik kazası sonucu sıcağı sıcağına bir referans aracıyla kendileriyle tanıştım.

Bu arada hukuk bürosunun anlaştığı "DR CHAMBERS" adında UK'deki büyük ihtimalle en dandik firmada bu randevuların gerçekleşmesi toplam 5-6 iptalden sonra 6 ay sürdü.

Gelinen son noktada dosyama bakan Hüsein Kaya isimli muhtemelen hiçbir hukuk eğitimi olmayan asistanlardan biri(evet dosyaların çoğuna muhtemelen asistanlar bakıyor, ucuz iş gücü) utanmadan benim onlara kazayı farklı anlattığımı, görevlilere farklı anlattığımı o yüzden dosyanın sonuçlanmadığı şekilde bir iftirada bulundu.

Fakat olayın yaşandığı 14 Nisan 2021 tarihinde Advantage Solicitors hukuk bürosunda çalışan Salih isimli çalışana(muhtemelen asistan) kazayı baştan sona tüm ayrıntılarıyla anlatmıştım, ben anlatırken google eart'ü açtırdım ve daha iyi pekiştirmesi için detaylarıyla tekrar anlattım. Bu süre zarfında partnerim bütün konuşmamı KAYIT ALTINA ALDI. Sonuçta biz hukukun olmadığı bir ülkeden gelen Türk'ün Türk'e deplasmanda neler yaptığını dinleye dinleye yetişmiş nesiliz. Neyse, bu kayıttada benim heryerde aynı ifadeyi verdiğim somut kanıtıyla kesindir.

Advantage Solitors benim ifademi resmi kurumlara yanlış iletmiş ve %100 haklı olduğum ufak tefek şanslarla ölümden döndüğüm davayı sonuçsuz bırakmıştır. Konuyla ilgili hiçbir şekilde bilgi verilmedi, Resmi kurumlara ne yazıldığı ne cevap geldiği söylenmedi.
Durumu Hüsain isimli benimle ilgilenmesi gereken çalışana ilettim fakat haftalardır geri dönüş alamıyorum. Önce müdürünü bekliyordu, müdürü tatile gitti, tatilden döndü, aylar geçti şu aralarda kendisi tatilde hala dönüş yapacak :) selam Hüsain buraları okuyorsan iyi tatiller.
Sonuç olarak hiçbir masraftan kaçınmadım Legal Ombudsman'a ve gerçek bir İngiliz hukuk bürosuna gerekli başvuruları yaptım, şikayette bulundum ve hayatım boyunca takipçisi olacağım. Konuyu sosyal medyada her noktada paylaşacağım. Benim bir buçuk yılım çalındı bu çileyi başka kimsenin çekmesini istemem.

As a result of a traffic accident that I came back from the dead about a year and a half ago and the other driver was 100% wrong, I met advantage solicitors with a reference. I forwarded all the concrete evidence I had, the photographs of the security cameras in the area where the accident was located, my statement, hospital reports, and accident images to Advantage Solicitors. I had a video call interview with the doctor of a consultancy firm arranged by the law firm and a staff member about the accident. At the last point, one of the assistants named Hüsein Kaya, who probably has no legal education (yes, most of the files are probably handled by assistants, cheap labor), who looked at my file at the last point, shamelessly slandered that I told them about the accident in a different way, that I told the officers differently, so that the file was not concluded. However, on April 14, 2021, when the incident took place, I explained the accident to an employee (probably assistant) named Salih, who works at Advantage Solicitors law office, in all details, while I was telling it, during this time, my partner RECORDED my entire conversation. It is certain with the concrete proof that I have given the same statement everywhere in this recording. SKANDAL!
