I have been dealing with this company over several years and have been delighted with the service they provide.
Orders are fulfilled promptly and email queries are replied to without any delay.
They have also repaired or replaced items under guarantee without quibbling as some companies like to do. Not only that, they return the items swiftly.

Excellent service from AMP3! Ordered a Digital Audio Player using a discount code. No problems checking out, made a good saving compared to Amazon by going direct, and for a small additional cost, got next day delivery; less than 24 hours from order to delivery! Fantastic service.

Product developed a fault so I submitted a support ticket.

Received a reply they can arrange a return to take a look at it but suggested it was not a manufacturing defect anyway (USB C socket has receeded into the case), I then requested they indeed arranged a return so they can see for themselves the fault and service accordingly. Very easy to dismiss something without seeing it.

Then radio silence for many months.

Raised support tickets, sent multiple emails, not a courteous single reply.

Obviously no problem selling new products going by the reviews but buyer beware if anything goes wrong with your purchase.

What makes it worse is my nippa purchased it with their own money they earned and saved through their paper round. This thing is their life, they love their music.

Will never purchase from again, now got to to through small claims court it seems.

Last April I reviewed my purchase two weeks before of a pair of Dunu DK-4001 IEM from Advanced MP3 Players. I gave them full marks for that transaction. Unfortunately, within a couple of months the earphones developed a fault and in June 2020 I had to contact the shop to discuss further steps. A sales representative named Chris kindly offered to either replace the set or have it repaired. I chose replacement and within about a month I had a brand new pair shipped to my address. The IEMs are now working fine (I've tested them repeatedly both indoors and outdoors).

Communication with Advanced MP3 Players over the return and replacement of the faulty set was smooth. They explained clearly what steps were expected from me, how the process would run and roughly when I was expected to have the replacement (which had to take a bit of time, as they had ben out of stock on this particular item, due to the Covid-19 situation). I had a couple of emails from Chris updating me on the progress of my return ticket. The new set was dispatched to me via courier.

I've read a few negative reviews in here about how Advanced MP3 Players have handled other cases of customer contact and returns. I am happy to say, I have absolutely no complain for myself about my case (the faulty set was hardly their fault). Once again they get full marks from me for communication, helpfulness and clarity.

Very quick, efficient and friendly service even through lock down.

Speedy service! Ordered my DX160 Sunday evening and it arrived at my address in France on Thursday. A follow up order was placed for a ibasso 4.4 to 2.5 adapter which also arrived in four working days. Excellent! Both items (one was an “open box”) in perfect condition. I’m very happy with my purchases.

Usb Sony mp3 player is fantastic u charge it on ur computer or charger .u can down load music and transfer music into ur mp3 .it saves us money trust me .usb Sony mp3 player is so easy to use .no wire. Is amazing. I recommend to purchase a usb mp3 player is so much better

They promise 2-4 days delivery. Took 3 days to send an email reporting that the item was moved from the shelf to the desk and then another email to report that it moved to another desk. It took all together 6 days to arrive.
From other reviews I've learnt that they take time to check if you're not a risky business. I've learnt a lesson, If people speak in a nice accent it doesn't mean they are nice at everything.

Advanced MP3 replied that I've received normal service, if it's so then all customers get their goods in 5 days instead of 2-4. I often get inferior treatment because of my name.
It took Royal Mail less than 48 hours to deliver the parcel from Scotland to the Midlands via London, it took you 4 days to take it 2 miles to the post office.
I've never spoken to their salesperson, I meant that the Scottish accent is pretty.
The reviews mentioned that the controls has problems. I found that the control is very unstable and very stupid. The sound is hi definition but flat and boring. My desktop has hi definition and the same music sounds lively. I don't know yet what the reason is.

I have just purchased an amplifier module for my Fiio Q5s from this website. Great customer service, delivery time shorter than expected. I would definitely recommend this company.

Great company. Personal email communication, excellent service and price. I purchased a Fiio BTR3 and won't hesitate using when my IEMs die or I fancy a nice upgrade to something like the Fiio FA7.
