The shop opens 24/7 I’ve tried going 8 am I’ve tried going sometimes late at night majority of the time the doors are closed I have to wait about 15 mins for them to open then supposedly another to get some cash out as their atm is never refilled .. I get it’s just but guys come on.
There’s only one European lady who is quite welcoming and nice and friendly enough. 99% of the Nepalese staff were very unwelcoming it seems to be a Nepalese customer based shop which I understand however it’s a bit unfair for me to be treated this way I’m also Asian just not Nepalese.
The older nep bloke the other day I won and gave him a £20 tip and he carried on speaking in Nepalese to the colleagues and just didn’t even bother saying thank you. It’s actually crazy made me regret even sharing my win with someone who works there so they can have lunch.
Honestly it’s put me off this exact site in casino. They entertain all of their own people so well but although I’m Asian it’s just very unwelcoming
