I had no idea where to start with ordering merchandise as have never done this before, so I rang up and spoke to Rachel, who was so lovely and helpful with my initial requests. She passed my enquiries on to Chloe who dealt with my requests quickly and professionally, and was lovely and friendly when I called again to talk through our quotes.
Our merchandise arrived exactly when they said it would and was of a high quality. Very impressed with the service and the goods!

This is the third year that we've worked with the AdGifts team. We're based in the Cayman Islands and the logistics of getting chocolate advent calendars over to the Caribbean with a speedy turnaround and without melting can be troublesome.

Having worked with this company once before around 2 years ago, I decided to come back to them as they were very helpful. Once again they have been extremely helpful, there was a lot of backwards and forwards with different designs etc for our polo shirts, but we got there eventually and delivery was on time to UK & EU Countries. Chloe was extremely kind, helpful and patient with the many changes. I would definitely come back to work with them again should the need arise.
