Easy to purchase

Good cheap building materials supplier. Payment went to Perth building supplies which was a little concerning at first but it must be admin central. Pick up instructions were clear and easy to follow. Will definitely use again if the prices remain this good.

I ordered 3 sheets of Canine through the website. The order was processed however, 2 days later I was advised that the order was only available in a pack of 10 (contrary to the website). Comunication was poor, what was advertised on your website apparently was wrong and I did not get what I ordered. Consequently, I found another supplier that communicated better, provided the required materials same day and cheaper for the same product. I will not recommend your company

I went to collect my goods and says goods Collected
I haven't collected them and now I've paid 243.45 and I have no goods

Easy, cheap, convenient with a pick up point within 1km of my front gate. I was somewhat dubious having never heard of this mob, but am now a convert!

Great service. Item was ready for collection minutes after ordering, right product & great price.

Overcharged for an item. Should have been $107.84 as per the web store but was charged $128.43. Only noticed error after order was fulfilled. Requested a refund for the overcharge but was refused! Sales rep stated the web store price was wrong? As of writing this review (1 week later) the web store price is unchanged. Buyer beware!

You need to give people an idea of location of pick up. I would never of purchased if I had known I would have a 60km round trip to pick up.

I liked that the online experience was easy, the order was processed quick and delivery was prompt. The selection of materials online is also really good. I wasn’t happy with the delivery but it had nothing to do with the delivery person. He was courteous and professional. When I was completing the online order it stated two guys would be doing the delivery. I thought that made sense because I ordered large 4.2m sheets of cement sheeting and they require two people. When the delivery arrived there was one guy and I had to help him unload and carry it because it’s too much for one person. If I hadn’t been there he would have had to leave and deliver it another day because there wouldn’t have been anyone to help him.
15/11/23 - ABS did follow up with me about this and that shows they care and have good customer service. I would order from there again

Need to find a better company for their deliveries but other than that the product was as expected and delivered in good condition albeit very late.

Wrong product delivered. Ordered BC and got BD. When I asked why was told they don't have BC so sent BD instead! A lower quality was sent without advising the customer.
Lodged dispute with Paypal to get the price difference back. They didn't want to collect the wrong this, just offer a refund but I had to say how much (calculate the difference myself).
Had to repeatedly follow up due to no action. Felt like excuses each time. If you're too busy, get more staff or send the right thing in the first place.
Not sure if I'll buy again.

Online ordering is great but get your act together.

They are still advertising the product they don't sell and showing it as in stock....seriously it's not that hard to sort out.
