Refuse to return full cost of the purchase
I have bought an adapter for the laptop for my sister, living in the other town. Adapter came as it had to, but my sister wasn't in the town that time, so she couldn't receive it in time. As a result, adapter returned back to seller (I have a confirmation), but they refused to refund me money in full scale, saying that according to company return policy they take 20% of the final sum as a delivery fee. One thing - they write at their website, that delivery is free. I know that in this case delivery is always included in the final cost of the product, so it's me who's paying the delivery fee and they pay nothing.
They kept saying that's according to company regulations, but they don't bother to show it to me where exactly they say the same. They don't return money and they don't explain why.
Avoid them under any circumstances, they just showed that their reputation costs 5 dollars (that 20% percent), so I don't think it's worthy to deal with them any time.
One extra funny thing - I can't leave a review on the product so people could know who are those people. They just don't send me a letter to reset the password. What else do you need to know?
