Quality of fittings and work were fine; disappointing however that the priority job was not completed- again- because the wrong part had been sourced, despite my supplying the manufacturer’s diagram and part number.

This was an annual service
This was an annual service. There was a lot of confusion over the fact that, it being a warm day, the thermostatic radiator valves had all closed. Why this was a surprise and why it was an issue this year but never in the past, is a bit of a mystery.

Engineer fine; office systems not perfect
The Engineer was fine. Only problem is that the Wilgar office kept sending us email reminders that our service was due, even though we had phoned to confirm that it was booked.

very happy to recommend Wilgar
From our first meeting at home with Billy Wilgar to the installation by Andy, Gary and Connor everything was very efficient.
The estimate for our aircon units was with us the day after the survey, with installation 3 weeks later, just in time for this heatwave.
We are so pleased with the efficiency, look and fit of the units.
The engineers were great, and left everything clean and tidy. The electrical company they used were super efficient.
Everything was done in one day, as promised.
I have had a couple of queries, which were handled by Sue in the office, very efficiently
