My insurance company insisted that I get the jewellery valued, which resulted in requiring an upgrade to the safe. I know very little about safes, but Debbie took time to explain the difference between the various cash values and models available. She helped us select a suitable safe that met the insurance companies' requirements and would fit where we wanted it to go.
About a week later Kirk arrived in the driveway with the new safe and swiftly installed it. He was particularly respectful of the fact that he was going into our bedroom. Once he'd installed the safe he took time to demonstrate how it all worked.
Debbie and Kirk have given me an excellent customer experience for which I am most grateful.

Used Ace Safes to move 2 safes from our 1st floor to ground floor. They were not in the easiest of spaces to move from. They accomplished the job at a competitive price, with good humour and with professionalism. Left the areas clean and tidy.
