When I moved to this storage, I was really glad because of the journey which is very close to tram stop. However it turned out in a scam.
On first occasion, they tried to screw myself with the storage insurace. Tariq was very helpful. The unit is really cold (freezing during Winter) and there is very loud music in the building.
Then they gave me unit (7240) next to a storage unit which has been turned into a noisy workshop and which was open all the time. There was constant hammering and the guy who had the workshop would sit in this unit with his door open and was really loud. He would make loud phone calls all the time on loudspeaker which makes it difficult to concentrate even with noise cancelling headphones. Also he would leave his chairs outside storage making it difficult for myself to get to my storage unit.
I discussed my concerns several time but the situation continued the same. Many times I had to go to unit when I knew he would not be there.
It was really pricey and I asked them to give me a smaller unit but they have said for months that it was very difficult to get a 10square foot at their location. I also asked for another unit located somewhere else within the building but it was still expensive.
Another issue is their pin access changes all the time you visit the storage.
Now they put up their prices again. They wanted £111 a month for a 20 ft square storage.
Complete rip-off.

Our team did look into your concerns at the time and spoke directly with you and another customer involved. Unfortunately, we were at full capacity for smaller units during your stay, and only larger units were available. We also had a waiting list for 10 & 25 sq. ft. units, which was explained at the time.
The store team did everything possible to support you and raised your concerns on your behalf. We appreciated your feedback, which was passed on to the customer in question and received positively. As well as a maintenance request to lower the volume in store. We’re sorry we couldn’t accommodate a relocation sooner and wish you all the best going forward.

The Team at Purley Way Access are all very friendly, courteous and quite efficient. The property is well maintained, clean and well lit. The secure parking area whilst loading/unloading is a bonus, something that feels more secure than other sites. Interaction with the staff is quite often enjoyable, they are genuinely friendly, and engaging. I've had a few parcels delivered to the site recently, a service I wasn't aware of when I moved in, and the staff have taken them in for me. 5 stars al round, a 5 star team.

In the middle of a dispute where I’ve been credited the wrong amount. The amount of times they’ve mansplained it makes me seriously think they’re trying to just steal my money: if I could afford to move my belongings I would! I am owed £35.09 less £8.99. You have credited me for the difference in insurance, for which there was none since I pay £25 each month regardless and have just ignored the £35 I am owed and it has been broken down to me three times wrongly so they’re just trying to get away with theft.

Easy access
Easy access, very clean and plenty of trolleys and good size facility.
Could be a bit more parking for cars as vans sometimes take up lots of space when they unload. Overall, its quite pleasant and very quiet.
Pity its not open later to avoid traffic.
