In general, the service was good. It took quite a long time to get the original photos and schedule. I had plenty time, but some of the photos were taken again so overall, it took quite a long time to get the completed schedule. I was disappointed the photos were not taken by a professional photographer. All the people I dealt with were very professional and nice to deal with.

The initial conversation with Gillian Coutts made things really easy to sell our house. The whole team worked together and the communication between everyone was excellent. Everyone did their part for a smooth transition from putting the house on the market to the completion of the sale.
