Frustrating experience
I recently attempted to place an order for Oxiracetam through Absorb Health, but the process has been frustrating and disappointing. The website lacks an option for new customers to register, making the purchasing process unnecessarily difficult. Additionally, my payment method was repeatedly declined without explanation, which added to my frustration.
I spent an entire day trying to reach customer service by phone, but no one picked up, and my attempts to get help through Facebook also went unanswered. It's very discouraging to encounter such poor customer support, especially when I was eager to finalize my order.
I hope the company can improve its customer service and website functionality, as my overall experience has been negative. It’s a shame because the product offerings are great, but the shopping experience leaves much to be desired.
