Without rushing off in a hurry, Tyler stayed for a while afterwards, patiently checking the boiler, heating tank. He made sure that the leak is fully stopped before he left. Had this company out yesterday for the first time to look at my boiler. They was amazing I had a call within hours of raising this with my insurance and had an engineer here the same day. He was very polite and helpful , managed to get me up and running onsite and explained everything he was doing . Brilliant service would recommend .
Great service - office friendly and engineers know what their doing
Raised a boiler breakdown through my home insurance, Sam from absolute heating came out and had a look, diagnosed the issue quickly and got multiple parts ordered, the office team were great and booked me back in quickly, my boiler is 20 years old and touch wood is working perfectly, I’m trying to keep it going for as long as possible and over the 4 years I’ve owned the house I’ve always had absolute heating complete my services and repairs. Never been a problem. Very nervous when letting anyone touch the boiler as I know it’s so old and anything could make it die, but sam and Tyler have always been great with it. Will continue using absolute heating going forward. Thank you

This company creates faults even when they state in their yearly inspections that everything is fine,then wait for you to make a home emergency claim so that they can increase your premiums for the following year.their staff will lie and mislead customers DONT TRUST THEM .I HAVE EXPERIENCED FIRSTHAND THEIR DIRTY TRICKS.WARN OTHERS ,ESPECIALLY THE VUNERABLE AND ELDERLY
Absolute Heating are not honest and upfront in their dealings.
Boiler failed and hot water and heating did not come on. (Absolute heating serviced my boiler last month).
Called Axa Insurance emergency cover and they sent Absolute heating . They came a day after , supposedly a 24/7 operation. They diagnosed electrodes were the issue and got the boiler up and running temporarily and sent me an invoice for the electrodes as they said the insurance would not cover it as it was up and running, so I paid . Two hours later the boiler stopped working and had to get them out again . No attempt by them to speak to AXA to claim for the parts on my behalf as now the boiler was not working. So In affect I paid them for the Service and parts over a short period .Also they temporarily got the boiler going fully knowing it would fail again. They should have ordered and fitted part after the first visit , and could have easily had this authorised by the insurance company.
You will see another review by "Farook Hussein", on this review board and he is correct to point out they are not honest and straight forward.

Be careful, found them to be somewhat misleading!!!
They were sent out to fix a water leak on the boiler by my home contents insurer who were also providing boiler cover. Chap advised that the expansion vessel pipe required replacing and he would need to go back to the insurer for authorisation to carry out the work. That's it, nothing else was mentioned by him to me.
Later in the day, Absolute Heating contacted me to tell me that the insurer had declined the repair and if I wanted it done, I'd have to pay for it myself!! I contacted the insurer to enquire why they had refused and was told that Absolute Heating had reported to them that the boiler had not been maintained, there was corrosion and blockage in the system so on that basis they would not be paying for the repair. I told the insurer this was the first I had heard of it and was in disagreement. It would have been good if the engineer had advised me of this to allow me to discuss further with him rather than just reporting it to the insurer afterwards....to some extent behind my back!!

Our boiler is covered by Domestic & General so when our boiler sprang a leak on Saturday morning, we obviously called to get a repair. Apparently being without water is not classed as an emergency call out by Domestic & General so we had to wait until Tuesday for our repair!
Sam from Absolute Heating was brilliant, boiler was isolated and the part ordered and replaced all in good time. I would have no problem with recommending Absolute Heating to anyone. Just be mindful of the insurance company you choose!
