Consult other accident and injury attorneys FIRST. Hate to say it but hired right after my accident and here we are 10 weeks after and my attorney doesn’t see dollar signs so she told us that she will not be continuing with our case. Crazy that I get hit by a Metro bus on my bicycle and the attorney has been in a similar accident but doesn’t care at all or show remorse, just “look at me I was in an accident too” Literally has not reached out to me other than to say we are waiting on a video, zero other communication unless we called in and played phone tag, until today(10 weeks later) she told me that she wasn’t going to move forward because she had nothing to work with. I got hit by a freaking bus and we have no case??? Even the video has the front of the bus hitting me and that’s not good enough to fight! Be wary as E S review also seems to have had a similar experience and review with no care due to it not being a high profile money case. What happened to investigating and working for the client? I wish could have had a different attorney in the firm that would be ready to fight and not step down. Whatever happened to helping and then figuring out cost after? Any who, just thought I would share so others can be prepared to get other help. Thanks for your time and reading my review
Edit: Additionally, one of the partners reached out to me via phone call within hour or so after leaving the same review on a google review(imagine that) and wanted to discuss. Why did it take a Google review to get someone excited on the other end of the phone. He also asked if I could consider taking down my review and challenged me to “find someone that will take your case, I challenge you” So here we are.
