The product itself was very well done. The policy that you can't get a proof until it's paid for, says we shoild trust you way more tha yo trust us. I sent you the lay out. At one point in the process I made a mistake approving the payout for production. I idn't hear from anyone , until I called in for a status check. Let people know the process upfront. Taoday i amy have an order of 200, but tomorrow my order could be 2200. Handle the customer, as if they arae all big spenders.
