Made contact initialy by phone. Polite and helpful re machine i had rung up for. Explained procedure and rang me back when machine was ready.
Machine arrived very well wrapped, think Father Christmas might have been helping with the tape!! But it occupied my spaniel for a while.

I needed a new foot controller and power lead for my mum's sewing machine. A quick message to Stephen and I had the replacement in a few days. No job is too small and if Stephen can't help you, then no-one can.
