A great company
A great company. I bought a sewing machine from them some years ago. Since then they gave carried out the servicing. I live around 40 miles from them and am not able to take the machine to them. Stephen collects, carries out the service and returns the machine to my home. All at a reasonable price. His work is outstanding. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Great - kept me informed about timings.
I would recommend that folks book online and then bring the machine in once the team are ready to get it serviced otherwise there could be 3-4 week wait (from experience).

Fantastic customer service. Response to my query was so fast I thought it must be an automated bot, but it was a real helpful person dealing with queries out of normal office hours. Fast delivery and easy to use website. Highly recommended.

Very helpful
Following my phone description of the problem I was able to arrange to take my sewing machine to the centre and on this occasion it was able to be repaired the same morning. Very helpful as I live a reasonable drive away.

A professional and talented firm.…
I felt immediately that I could trust the firm to do an excellent job, which they did. We are extremely lucky to have such a talented firm in our area, as the alternative would have been to send the machines away: an expensive and lengthy process.

Good service let down by the Post Office
Aberdeen sewing machines were one of the few companies that would supply an old Bernina part I needed. They dispatched it quickly and the packing was good. I cannot fault their service.
Unfortunately they were let down by the Post Office, It was dispatched 1st Class Small Parcel Post and should have taken, at most , 2 days. It actually took 7!
