The move to my new home was done in a very professional way, and stress free.

I paid for the packing service and I was very happy with the way the packing was done, all items moved were really well protected.

The crew was very polite and friendly.

The people at Abels were extremely helpful with everything from online communication to on-site assistance to shipping and delivery. They offered friendly service from start to finish.

Abel's staff were fantastic throughout the process. responsive, friendly and so helpful they made what would usually be a very stressful process feel easy. 0 issues at customs as the brokers at Abel's sorted everything really well and were quick to inform me of additional required paperwork and assisted me well when I wasn't sure what to provide. Delivery arrived promptly and I didn't have to lift a finger. Both office and delivery staff are really friendly helpful and patient.
There was some damage to a piece of furniture and Abel's responded very quickly with necessary paperwork and assistance to make an insurance claim (cannot comment on insurance process at this time but so far very easy).

Smooth and easy transition,
We were looking for last minute removals and storage. Abels were able to move fast and make arrangements quickly without a fuss.
The packing team were professional and helpful.

This was a complicated move, spamming two years, with destinations in the Caribbean, Florida, Massachusetts in California. Jayne Eastick wasn’t excellent coordinator and communicator throughout the process. You lost one star because one of the antiquities that you packed was badly broken in pieces. Also, because of the length of time there was some difficulty in communicating between Jayne and the storage people.

Our second international home move dealt with expertly (again) by Jayne and the entire Abels team. Cannot recommend more highly! They do an an incredible job throughout every stage of the journey.

The collection team arrived on time. All items to be moved were securely wrapped. They were very courteous
The same with the delivery team. They were very helpful and took as much cardboard and wrapping that was available. They were very careful when bringing the furniture in.

Abels moved us to New York City 11 years ago, and moved us back again to te UK 2 months ago. Every step of every part of each process was efficient, reassuring, stress-lowering, friendly and successful. Communication was always clear and timely. Systems are manageable - the paperwork and the payment etc. Prices are very competitive. The Abels moving people are extremely careful, respectful, professional and efficient. I will recommend Abels to anyone wanting to move in a way that is cooperative, client-centered and as easy as these things can be.

Great communication from start to finish. Hard working and excellent team work from friendly movers who were efficient and hard working. The move couldn't have gone any better and we were done in a working day.

Having not moved house for 47 years we did not know what to expect. However we need not have worried about anything. Great communication all along the way before and on the day too. The team who came to transport our belongings made us feel at ease from the moment they arrived. So professional and friendly it all went without a hitch. Highly recommended on all counts.
