Never buy furniture from abc warehouse because I was delivered damaged goods even the delivery driver said they were damaged I contacted the store manager and was threatened and have been going through dispute after dispute for a year and a half nothing has been done and they still want payments

I Had THEE Worst experience with ABC Warehouse. Do not buy ANYTHING from this company!! My wife and I have spent thousands of dollars at ABC Warehouse over the years. Fadi, our salesman, sold us a bedroom set. I personally fell in love with the mattress, so much so that I feel asleep in the showroom. My wife loved the bedroom set. We were sold on this and we looked forward to our brand new bed. We've had the same bed/mattress for over 26 years. We just moved into our new home so as you can see, we were excited about our new bed. We both work during the day so we asked our son to Let them movers in. When we got home, there were wood shavings on the floor, the handles on the dressers were in a bag on the dresser, Screws were missing, The holes in the head board were stripped and the frame wasn't even connected to the head board. We called our Salesman and he said that he was coming over our house to see what the moving company did. He also told me to take pictures. He never came to see what the movers did. Myself and my wife called ABC Warehouse, the loan company that we purchased the bedroom set through (offered by ABC Warehouse), the moving company several times and haven't gotten anywhere. Also, I forgot to mention, they did not put our bed in the right spot in our bedroom. We moved the headboard and it detached from the bed.

I finally called and talked to Fadi to discuss my displeasure and he started blaming the moving company and us for breaking the bed!!! He assured me that he would get to the bottom of this but never did. There were different people who came from the moving company to fix the bed.. And they agreed that the previous movers left everything in shambles.

After going back and forth and being blamed for breaking the bed, my wife and I decided to by some brackets, drills some holes, and fix the bed ourselves. All we wanted Fadi and ABC to do was acknowledge that they screwed up and fix the bed. Don't blame us and the people that you are working! Just fix the problem. Again.. I've had a long standing relationship with ABC. Even referred people to buy furniture from there. I will never do business with this company ever again. He threw us and the movers under the bus and still didn't fix the problem. In the long run, we lose. We still have to pay for this bed and he still gets commission for the sale. We weren't offered any incentives or any type of commendations for the entire month that we had to sleep on the couch. I'm telling everyone I know... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ABC WAREHOUSE!!!!!!
