Placed an order on the 15th of November for sensory toys for my child for Christmas. I knew it was a preorder, however I thought after almost 2 weeks there would be an update. I emailed them and received a phone call to say its discontinued. What's annoying is they have my money almost 3 weeks and didnt think to contact me and tell me its discontinued. I feel they're very dishonest and would have kept the money only id contacted them to follow up. Person on the phone couldn't have cared less when I said that the order was placed almost 3 weeks ago, why do customers have to follow up before anyone does anything, her response sounded as though I was an inconvenience. I asked for a refund, which yes is in process, however I wouldn't order again.

Placed an order yesterday, was processed & posted same day and arrived today! Very impressed with the expedient service. Thank you. My son is loving the construct-o-straws. His concentration & enjoyment is fierce & I'm getting to work from home in peace! :-) Will definitely be browsing your site further & ordering more supplies. Thanks.

This store has a huge ensemble of school supply products to choose from. You can also opt to have them customized. My kid loved the notebooks I got. Will buy again

I didn't receive my full order. Very disappointing. No one bothered to ring me so I onky found out when the rest arrived. So not just disappointing but unreliable.

I see that in the response given by the supplier, that there was supposedly an email sent and a note with the package sent. I received no explanation other than one of the items in the list was out of stock. There was no separate note of explanation and no email received as I discussed at the time when I rang to ask what had happened. The supplier is correct that I we refunded the money for this and also for other items that had not been supplied and for which the waiting time was apparently weeks. This also wasn't informed at time of order or I wouldn't have paid for them as I needed them straight away. Normally for a item of long lead time, you are made aware of it as you order it. So again, I find that abc school supplies were both disappointing and unreliable.

Extremely helpful staff. Very efficient and prompt when replying to queries, both on the phone and online. Would highly recommend this company to schools/parents.
