I’ve responded to emails sent specifically to me about my account with questions and no one has ever replied. I’ve been a customer since 1998 but it’s gone downhill. I also send inquiries online from my logged in account and get responded to as “dear member or customer” instead of my.

Super easy to work with and very customer oriented. They worked hard and took the time needed to answer all my questions. Also, their pricing is the best I found by far. Thank you Armed Forces Mutual!

The speed of response is Amazing!. Email responses I received from Megan Penry were timely and comprehensive in resolving my issues. She promptly got my sons Birth Certificate sent FEDEX and responded to three other issues we had. I have been associated with AAFMAA for more than 60 years now. From the day I was commissioned as a second Lieutenant in 1963 and learned about the services available, I have been enormously pleased with everything they have done for me. From the storage of my valuable family documents to questions that I have asked from time to time, they have always been there for me. I have been trying to obtain a death benefit since 2019. My father was a West Point graduate and retired Brigadier General. He served for 30 years..

Countless phone calls. Correspondence, emails. Never a live person and rarely a response. I’ve just about given up.

This organization should be ashamed. Wouldn’t recommend, sadly.
