Very efficient, professional and fair service. Pick up was quick, good information provided as to how it works, and the price paid was fair and very competitive. The price changed slightly when the car was picked up but the reason it was adjusted and the amount was very reasonable. The paint would need machine polishing out which after driving on country roads for 4 years is correct, it would need it. Payment made straight into account within minutes of being agreed.

Communication was exemplary throughout every interaction. Funds were transferred promptly as agreed, the valuation offered for the vehicle was highly competitive, and the collection driver provided excellent service, A2b collection are a highly recommended company.

Found this company through scrapcarcomparison.co.uk. offered £600 and I queried if the price would be quibbled on collection, was told it wouldn't be. Guess what, on collection they said can only do £350 due to condition of the car. I said it had minor cosmetic damage consistent with an 11 year old car, it was very good condition for its age.
Felt very pressured to accept as they were there to collect. Took £400 in the end but in hindsight feel scammed.
The company also appears to have no website, no phone number and no companies house registration so think they're hiding on purpose!!

Obtained a quote through scrapcarcomparison.co.uk which provide a guaranteed, no quibble, no haggling price. Company turned up, conducted a full inspection of my vehicle including attaching a fault reader to the vehicle then reduced the price by almost half. To add insult to injury, the paperwork they left to enable me to register the sale does not contain their full address, the website provided leads to a parked domain and the number they contacted me through is not being answered. I am now unable to register the sale. On top of this there is no listing for this company with companies house. I suspect this company is operating fraudulently and will be contacting the police to register my suspicion.
