I love e4. I have their service suggested and using on few of my customers and they all are very happy. I like the flexibility of the options and the friendliness and responsiveness of the support staff. Steve is great and helps me on the spot without any ceremonials every time when I call with an issue.

e4 is a awesome. We've been on their system for 18months after upgrading from Grasshopper/Got-V-Mail and it is so much better! Their customer service is very responsive and their technology is seamless. Two thumbs up.

i've been an e4 customer for some years and they have never failed to go above and beyond the call of duty to get my phones up and keep them up. we were an early adopter of VOIP and i was referred to e4 through digium who developed the asterisk VOIP system. we are using e4 now as our connection to the public switched network at a small fraction of the cost we were paying the mainstream telcos. if there is a problem, they are on it. going with e4 was a great business decision.

e4 save me a bunch of money on phones for our corporate rollout. Processing was fast and painless.

I had been trying, unsuccessfully, for 8 months to find a headset that is compatible with our Polycom VoIP telephones. Even Polycom couldn't tell me what would work. Finally someone mentioned E4. I called & spoke with Mike White. He was able to send me a headset that day to test it out. The equipment has performed flawlessly. Their pricing is very competitive. I have just ordered 6 more. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

I have been working with E4 personal for 5 years now, and our company has been working with them for a little over 7 years. We have acquired 2 Digium Switchvox PBX appliances, a few PRI cards and switches, and over 100 phones from E4. We also use them for all of our Digium licensing. I find the people at E4 to not only be knowledgeable about the products that they sell, but also the underlying technology. A good example would be them recommending we setup and configure a provisioning server for our phones as we began to grow, and advising us on how to do so. This helped us to streamline our setup of new employees. We feel that the business relationship that we have developed with them over the yeas is invaluable. In a nutshell people who know their business that you can depend on. We also resonantly started using E4 as our SIP provider, and are extremal happy with the quality of service and pricing.

e4 is knowledgeable, friendly and effective. I use them for all our VoIP projects.

They have a great online support system if you do have problems and they respond very quickly and are very knowledgeable. So glad I found them and look forward to a long time relationship with them.
