Used 7dayshop.com for more than 10yrs. Never had an issue. The delivery has always been timely. The quality of the products has been very good to excellent when you consider the price paid. Will definitely use them again.

I have been buying 7dayshop cartidges for the past 15 years and have never had a problem.

Had a slight problem when Royal Mail accused 7DayShop of underpaying the postage and charged me for delivering the order. It was a clear error on the part of Royal Mail but (unsurprisingly) it was impossible to contact any form of customer service.
I messaged 7DayShop just to check that there was no possibility of a problem from the sender’s point of view. I received a reply within minutes confirming my suspicions about Royal Mail but also apologising and saying they would deal with Royal Mail and would reimburse me directly!
Fantastic service, especially at Christmas which is surely an extremely busy time for them.
I can’t thank them enough.

Prompt delivery and correct product recieved, I have used 7dayshop.com for many years and always had good service from them, and as usual excellent prices.

Items arrived and good time and were of good quality, the bike light is good value with an all metal body and good beam, with 3 light densitys and flashing option. It comes witha USB Micro connector to charge rather than the now standard C-type, which is the only thing that could be counted as a negative factor. The battery has lasted a long time, whit it being removable it is small and bright enough to use as a torch as well as a bike light. The Battery testers are reliable and compact. The rechargable AA batteries are long lasting and charge quickly.

The item was delivered promptly and the packaging was good. I had a problem saving a program on the flash drive, this created an unallocated partition in the drive. 7dayshop support helped troubleshooting the matter which was resolved when found.

After finding that the tools that come separately with the Blackspur do not lock in to the handle, I tried to see whether it would be better if one of the tools were inserted through the top which opens. Then that tool stuck inside the handle and would not come out again. As this means that I cannot find out how to make this tool satisfactory, I asked 7dayshop for an instruction on how to use the Blackspur correctly. I am waiting for a response.
