Skräckupplevelse.
Mycket dålig upplevelse – rekommenderar inte 77 Diamonds
Vi hade bokat tid för vigselringsprovning hos 77 Diamonds på Västra Trädgårdsgatan 15 i Stockholm, kl. 15:00. Eftersom vi blev försenade av trafiken ringde vi kundtjänsten i förväg och informerade om detta. Vi fick beskedet att det inte skulle vara något problem och att informationen skulle vidarebefordras till personalen i Stockholm.
Vi kom kl. 15:13, alltså endast 13 minuter för sent. Det var dessutom svårt att hitta lokalen eftersom det saknades tydlig skyltning. 77 Diamonds verkade dessutom hålla till i ett kontorshotell, vilket gav ett ganska opersonligt intryck och inte alls den seriösa känsla man förväntar sig när man ska köpa en vigsel- eller förlovningsring.
När vi till slut fick kontakt med personalen fick vi veta att 15-minutersregeln gällde och att de därför inte kunde ta emot oss. Vi förklarade att vi hade rest cirka 7 mil och bad om lite förståelse, men fick ingen hjälp.
Det märkliga är att kundtjänsten vi pratade med verkade sitta utomlands och trots att vi hade informerat dem i förväg fanns det uppenbarligen ingen fungerande kommunikation med personalen i Stockholm.
Vi gick istället till en annan juvelerare på Östermalm som var fullbelagd med kunder. Trots det tog de emot oss med värme, omsorg och respekt och gav oss precis den upplevelse vi hade förväntat oss inför ett så viktigt köp.
För oss handlar bra kundservice om mer än regler och policy – det handlar om förståelse, flexibilitet och ett bra bemötande.
Vår upplevelse hos 77 Diamonds var tyvärr mycket dålig. Vi kommer inte att återvända och rekommenderar andra att välja en annan juvelerare. Stay away!

Vi är mycket ledsna över att höra om din upplevelse och har full förståelse för din frustration, särskilt eftersom ni hade rest en längre sträcka och kontaktat vår kundtjänst i förväg för att informera om att ni skulle bli försenade.
Vi vill samtidigt förtydliga att vår verksamhet i Stockholm är ett privat showroom och inte en fristående butik. Detta upplägg är medvetet valt för att kunna erbjuda våra kunder en mer privat och säker miljö vid visning och köp av värdefulla smycken. Eftersom vi är ett showroom arbetar vi strikt efter bokade tider.
Våra tider är avsatta för varje enskild kund, och tyvärr kan vi inte alltid förlänga ett möte när en kund anländer för sent, eftersom det kan påverka kunden som har bokat tiden direkt efter. Vi behöver säkerställa att varje kund får den tid och uppmärksamhet som har bokats, och att vi behandlar alla kunder rättvist.
Samtidigt har vi full förståelse för att ni kontaktade oss i förväg, och vi beklagar att kommunikationen mellan vår kundtjänst och vårt showroom i Stockholm inte var så tydlig som den borde ha varit. Vi beklagar också att ni hade svårt att hitta showroomet och att miljön inte motsvarade era förväntningar.
Vi tar er feedback på stort allvar, och en medlem av vårt team kommer att kontakta er direkt för att gå igenom er upplevelse och förstå vad som hände den dagen.
Vi beklagar verkligen att vi inte lyckades ge er den välkomnande upplevelse ni hade förväntat er, och vi uppskattar att ni tog er tid att uppmärksamma oss på detta.

First-rate service and beautiful ring
I ordered an engagement ring and my experience with this company has been excellent from start to finish. I visited the showroom in Stockholm, was warmly received, and got great help choosing the ring. The staff were very helpful throughout.
The ring took about four weeks to be delivered, and during the entire process the team was incredibly kind and patient, always responding to my frequent questions about how things were progressing and what the expected delivery date would be. They handled everything with a high level of professionalism, responded quickly to all my requests, and the ring we received exceeded our expectations.
I highly recommend choosing this team if you are looking for an engagement ring.
