I love there discount on cigarettes and points you can earn. But there always out of my brand cigarettes in Crosby Texas.

Den 1. maj kl. 19.45 var jeg i 7-Eleven på Arnold Nielsens Boulevard for at hente to øl. Jeg blev lidt sulten og spurgte medarbejderen, hvad pølserne kostede, da jeg havde svært ved at se prisen, fordi jeg lige havde været på hospitalet med mit øje. Han svarede 39 kr., og jeg bestilte derfor to hapsdogs med svøb. Betjeningen var venlig og god.

Da jeg kom hjem og skulle spise dem, blev jeg meget skuffet. Baconen var helt tør og smuldrede nærmest, brødet var koldt og ikke ordentligt varmet igennem. Det virkede som mad, der havde ligget alt for længe. Jeg mistede appetitten og endte med at smide begge ud.

78 kr. for uspiselig mad er simpelthen ikke i orden. Havde jeg boet tættere på og ikke haft ondt i øjet, var jeg gået tilbage med det samme. Jeg forventer, at ansatte, der håndterer mad, har styr på kvalitet og opvarmning.

Jeg går normalt forbi denne 7-Eleven, men efter denne oplevelse kan jeg ikke anbefale at købe mad derfra. Det virker som et sted, der mangler kontrol med kvaliteten af den mad, de sælger.

The chicken bites had a weird rubbery texture inside and were soft/burnt on the outside. Tasted like it had been reheated too many times. Wouldn’t get it again.

Came in to get some coffee. But also to use the toilet. There was no toilet paper at all. I told the lady at the counter and she just laughed at me and just looked at me. In my pension the 7-11 stored are run by ignorant people from other countries. My time a 7-11 has come to an end.

Can't list a half star. Store is nice, very convenient but never has any fresh coffee. This time stopped in and ALL the fresh coffee wasn't filled. They were on but nothing. When asked if they were going to make any. Was told they weren't working. Then why were they on? No answer... worst customer service..

Specifik for 7-11 Sallingvej, Vanløse. Kommer der hver morgen på vej på arbejde for at købe kaffe. Jeg ved så snart jeg stiller bilen at Tobias (har fået tilladelse til at nævne hans navn) er på arbejde. Alt er pænt og ordentligt uden for. Indenfor det samme - overflader er rene og alt er stablet og ordentligt præsenteret. Generelt venlig betjening lige meget hvem der er på arbejde.

Very unpleasant experience at loyang Point 7 eleven. Not once but multiple times with the same worker. Chinese lady long hair in ponytail. Other workers are fantastic especially the Indian lady very polite . This Chinese lady has bad attitude and very arrogant. Undeniably poor customer service. Purposely dropping items on counter after scanning items because upset customers refuse to use the self check out machine. No politeness when talking to customer. Not to one but many after observation while waiting in queue. Unacceptable behavior .

I purchased an item that was marked “special price” for a relatively decent discount. Not sure if it was the owner of the store who rang me up but he disregarded the discount and scanned another of the same item, not on sale - in a different flavor, so I couldn’t get the discounted price. When I addressed the issue, he simply ignored me. He may have saved several dollars, but he lost a couple hundred dollars of my business and everyone else’s business who he has ripped off… I will not support dishonest people.
The location is in Mount Prospect, Illinois on Central Ave.
Based on the reviews, its not unusual to be ripped off at a 7-Eleven. Will never give them any more of my business.

I went to 711 at 4248 plank rd in Fredericksburg Va the Indian lady stole from me I watched her count my change and she took $5 out of my $100 I gave her and put it in her pocket I approached the other lady that said her name was Tracy and she was so rude and I told her she should be fired and so should the Indian lady they are rude and the store is disgusting there are so many expired stuff on the shelf’s and they still sell them the food looks like it was from yesterday all the time corporate needs to take over this store

THESE SHADY PEOPLE WILL NOT HONOR T-LIFE FREE DRINKS. GTFO OFF THE CONTRACT WITH TMOBILE IF 711 IS THIS SHADY ABOUT HONORING THESE PERKS.

I LEFT MY DRINK AT THE COUNTER AND SAID ILL TRY ANOTHER 711. WENT TO ANOTHER 711 AND IT WORKS AND WAS FREE. I TOLD HIM ABOUT THIS SHADY A$$ PLACE IN DOWNTOWN. THESE PEOPLE WHO WILL NOT HONOR THESE THINGS, LIE TO YOU AND SELL THE CRAP OUT TO YOU.

MUST BE SOME REALLY MISERABLE PEOPLE WORKING HERE. SHEESH. SOMEONE! GET ON THESE EMPLOYEES FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR SALES!

I recently visited the store located at the corner of Ashley and Wilkinson Blvd Charlotte NC (first visit at this location), I purchased a sausage dog and the buns were not fresh - one bite in, the bun completely fell apart. I brought it to the attention of the manager who kindly offered me another bun upon request - same result. I also noticed that all of the condiments were heavily watered down and as a result they lack favor. I was very disappointed because I just wanted a good dog.

There is not a single location in Nashville that is a clean establishment. Either they have no running water in the bathroom, or the urinals look like they weren't cleaned in a decade, or prices are mislabeled, or staff is rude....and I've likely been in all of them.
Do better.

While 7-11 has many convenience stores and the service in the stores has been mostly good (franchisees aren't the problem with this company), don't use their app because it will become a landmine for you. I had a "wallet" set up in my app account, but then had problems with the app so I closed the account for a few years (with the wallet still having some money I "deposited" in it). Then I tried to restart the account and the wallet in mid-2025. The account accumulated points but which I couldn't use for anything. The wallet was also unusable so I and the 7-11 support team spent many hours over a period of two months to get it working again (even though there was no way I could use it - they didn't allow it to be used for regular checkout transactions). All was fine for a month until I tried to use the app one day and found that it had been deleted. No warning, no email, nothing. They would only allow me to get my money back if I would open a new account and they would "deposit" it in a wallet in the new account. I said no because they wasted so much of my time restoring the wallet in my original account that I didn't trust them anymore. They then said they would only refund the money to the bank card that I used to fund the wallet in the first place. That card was from 2022 and would have expired no later than April 2025. I had to explain this to them multiple times before they finally sent an email in mid-March 2026 saying they would mail me a check. I provided my address but have yet to hear anything as of April 14, 2026. They keep sending me customer service surveys but I don't think they take anything I say seriously.
