I placed a order for $40 on 9/23, due date 10/8. It was for an essay. I NEVER got my order. I email them, I sent them chat no ANSWER. When I finally heard back on 10/10, I am told they need more time for them to process it because their office caught covid WHICH WAS A DAMN LIE. No because I already got a 0. Everyone is using COVID AS AN EXCUSE! I ask for my refund, it Is now 10/20 no refund. I email them in the chat again, soon as they realized it's me they stop replying. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I am now trying dispute it with paypal. I will also report them to the BBB.

The overall experience is good but a little bit problem in the order delivery time, they delivered my order 2 hours late as per the committed time but the quality of the work is outstanding.

I needed help with the essay, because the topic was complex and I could not write it myself. I found a lot of options on the Internet, but I stopped at writers from 6 Dollars Essay.
