Shipping was quick and painless. Delivery date was pushed back a few days but it was understandable due to the weather window.

I ordered two pairs of 686 Men's Everywhere Merino-Lined Pant - Slim Fit on 2/22/21, they were "delivered" on Feb 25 but not delivered to my apartment. I thought it was a mistake and wanted an extra day to see if they showed up due to a mistake in the delivery process. When I they didn't show I emailed 686 and got a pretty dismissive email in return. Then the individual I was emailing stopped replying. I followed up several times with no response before put in new email and was actually taken care of on March 1st. Pants arrived March 12th.

I am very happy with my 686 purchase! Unfortunately, the first coat I ordered had a jammed zipper within first use. I was unable to fix the zipper and contacted 686 customer service. They were very responsive and sent me a new coat with a zipper that works great!
