Ordered a Cube bike online. The delivery was straightforward with good comms, and when a minor issue arose the customer service was first rate so I'd be keen to use 3 Peaks again. Highly recommended!

We popped in whilst on holiday with our little dog Missi for breakfast .
We where warmly met by the owner who later give me some good advice if I was heading down the battery bike route ( once older) We ordered a sandwich and tea and again both the lady managing the cafe and the youngster who was a really nice lad ( with a good head on his shoulders) made us ultra welcome . I would highly recommend this fine Cycle shop and trendy cafe and its 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟from us .

I’ve ordered a few items from this company and they’ve always arrived in good time and well packaged. The rep was very helpful when I called them with a question as well.

After a huge let down from another online supplier, we found a bike on the 3 peaks website that my daughter liked. This company has been excellent, from the point of placing the order to receiving the bike, it was a rapid service!

Communication about delivery was excellent, and the bike arrived well packaged.

However, I didn’t realise the bike required suspension assembly (may have been in the small print) something I would have paid extra to do had I realised!

However for the excellent price paid and the quality of the bike I am very pleased. I am lucky to have a trusted local bike shop to assemble things for a small fee of £50.

Overall a great shop to do business with Many Thanks!

Needed a small spring for the folding catch on my Cube electric bike. 3 Peaks were so helpful, rang Cube in Germany, worked out which part I required and had it sent from Germany. Fantastic service unlike all the other e-bike shops I contacted. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Bought my first ebike from here. Since then I have always had my bikes serviced and bought spares and kit from the shop. They have always been very helpful and happy to give advice when needed.

Friendly and knowledgeable shop with an outstanding range of books for walking and cycling.
It is good to know proper shops with proper staff still exist.

The website was really easy to navigate. I purchased a QuadLock case that I had struggled to find elsewhere online - and at a great price too!

The parcel landed with me in less than 24 hours and I received updates when it was dispatched, with the courier ect.

Bonus, they have a great Customer Rewards scheme too. 10/10 would purchase from them again!

Great price and great service , my bikes are all retro modded so it’s great to grab a 9 speed bargain like this 12x23 sram cassette when I can , shame I didn’t see the 11x28 at the same time !!

My experiences at the shop and cafe have always been good and their product range is great. I recently raised the issue that there was no shop phone number or email on the website and the owner called me straight back. Hopefully a number will now be added. So I've ordered my new Arkel bike bag and hope to call back into the store soon. Keep up the good work!

I like the physical shop and pop in when I'm up that way. The virtual shop is nearly as friendly. Good range of relevant stuff and DPD delivery too. What's not to like?

Excellent service I ordered a Bosch electric bike charger late on Thursday I received all the tracking information on the Friday and received the charger on the Saturday to Northern Ireland...more than happy with the experience 😀
