I placed an order with the company for some lights and paid for next day delivery (£11)
I had a call the following day to say they were waiting on the stock and it would be a several days before delivery. When I asked to be refunded the delivery cost they were pretty rude. He kept telling me it's not their fault as it's the supplier but I had to point out that I was the customer and that's not my problem. It's their issue to discuss with the supplier. He was very dismissive of my comments and spoke as if I was an inconvenience. He eventually said he'll try to refund me but only if he could get a refund from the supplier company.

I then had another call later that day and when I answered the phone he said "I'll be cancelling the order as the product wont be available until March" (at least a month away). No apolagies or anything. He was very abrupt. Despite my needed the product that day (as originally expected) I was actually relieved to not be giving my money to this company. Disappointing customer service.

Always great service and they always go the extra mile for customers.

Finding the radio mic that needed was very easy on their site, the whole paying for it was a breeze and the kit arrived the next day, well packed and all there. The emails, confirmation and way of communicating was very friendly and clear. 3D Broadcast are a nice crowd and the prices are mainly pretty good value.

I bought an Avtec XHD070Pro field monitor which was at the best price I could find. Delivery was very quick to arrive and well wrapped. A very elegant monitor with lots of useful accessories and a particularly well thought out sunshade.

Item said it was in stock, booked next day delivery and never turned up. Called office and they said the item isnt even in stock.

Miller Air 3005 tripod. Rang 3D Broadcast, they checked stock and price, order placed, delivery next day. Great service!
This tripod is aimed at the DSLR market but I wanted it for the small and light Sony PXW-X70 Camcorder. The tripod works well with this camera, with or without 1lb of Sony wide angle attachment hanging off the front.
Took the pan handle off and it fell apart. Luckily I was indoors and I managed to find the small washer, spacer and circlip so was able to reassemble it (not sure if in the right order, need to ask Miller).
Fiddly putting the spare screws in place under the tripod head. Not sure about the nylon strip holding the plate screw. Otherwise a great tripod.

Requiring a lens adaptor for an imminent shoot, 3DB were quick to organise it's delivery after purchase. An unfortunate third party hiccup meant the adaptor was sent to 3DB the day before the shoot and not me as instructed by 3DB. 3DB contacted the third party on my behalf who seeing their mistake paid for a same-day delivery in time for the next day's shoot.
Service excellent from both parties and the MTF Adaptor (Arri PL to Sony E) preformed amazingly.

I had been searching for a particular lighting kit and ringing around various suppliers without success when I eventually came across 3D Broadcast. After a pleasant conversation with Company Director Philip O'Marra who felt confident he could supply the requested item he soon rang back with the disappointing news that he didn't have the item in stock and that he couldn't guarantee delivery before my deadline. However, unlike the other six companies that I had previously called Phillip had taken the time to research and suggest an alternative kit. When he described the features of the new item I was immediately certain this was an even better alternative to the the original one I was seeking. I didn't hesitate to place an order.
The kit was dispatched promptly and arrived the next day. To say I was delighted with the new kit and the service I received from Phillip would be an understatement. Without Phillip's timely advice I might never had known this particular lighting kit even existed and it was refreshing to be offered an alternative rather than the usual; "sorry, we don't have it in stock" answer. I will certainly be coming back to 3D Broadcast in future.

Very prompt delivery and I'm very happy with the product.

We were preparing for a HD multicam live streaming when out recorder broke, so we called 3D Broadcast and asked if it was possible to receive a brand new recorder on a Saturday.
We received it right on time and were able to crack on with our project.
I`d recommend 3D Broadcast to anyone, not only because of their fast-track skills, but also because of their expertise and advice.

These guys are based at Pinewood studios and are a pleasure to deal with.
Apart from great prices, the give a me the confidence I was accustomed to years ago from broadcast suppliers. It's so refreshing not to be dealing with the so called 'account managers' that other companies insist on using; half the time they just don't have answers to my questions. 3D Broadcast do have the answers and deliver beautifully.
