Just the ease of selection and building in my RX to get my glasses. I have gotten used to the lead time on getting more complicated lens ground and delivered. You really cannot beat the deal. I would have to go back and look, but I would imagine I have purchased 10 to 15 sets of glasses over the years. Only made one user error, and they worked to make it right!

i bought a pair in April and the lens was yellow. I did not see that in the description. I returned it and they made me a new pair. Service was great and they were very helpful. I paid for the upgraded coating thinking it would be a better product. 4 months later the coating is smudged and wearing off and I am not longer under warranty. I was told this is from normal wear and tear or using harsh chemicals or rough paper towels, which I do not use. I have always cleaned my glasses with eyeglass cleaner and micro fibre lens cleaning cloths and have never had them wear in 4 months I was disappointed to learn that this more expensive lens should wear out so fast.

WOW! All I can say. Is that I never heard of this company but landed on them as a "Google" search. I have these pair of frames that I have been wearing close to ten years. I have several pairs. The only glasses, that I feel that I look okay in. I was distraught when the vendor could no longer order them for me. So I used this company. Well, I sent them away. The one thing they could do better, is provide a prepaid shipping label. That would make the process, 1000% easier, more efficient. So I sent them away. They came back in LESS than a WEEK. Holy cow! Awesome right? None the less. They are perfect. New prescription. I can not believe the turn around time. So for anyone on the fence. GO HERE!!!

I love this company and their return process and I have been ordering for years I also appreciate the time Kyle took with me today and I love the frames I have ordered, I do wish I usually get the protective coating cause they still do scratch, but I also like the prices and the fast set up and delivery of my orders!

I love my glasses this is my second time ordering (my dog chewed on the frames of my other one ;-( )

Hard to tell how big frames are on face

The website seemed moderately complicated to find reading glasses frames. Setting the specific details to order the reading glasses was smooth. The order was placed; no emails or phone calls regarding the delay. I got a hold of a rep, and they explained why. Three weeks later, the glasses are a great fit, I can see well. The were no errors creating the lens. I'm very happy with the glasses.

I ordered without a problem. They arrived and fit fine.

I really appreciate how easy it is to order glasses with the same prescription. You all make things easy. The reason for the 4 stars instead of five may be my fault, I'm not sure. I thought I was ordering sunglasses with a blue tint to the outside of the lens for style but what i received was blue lenses so Everton is in blue shade. I was pretty disappointed because I really need a pair of sunglasses.

These took 10 days to arrive, and we live in rural delivery in NZ. They were manufactured and arrived quicker than locally procured glasses.

They are exactly what they say. Not the first time I've used 39dollarglasses, won't be the last time. Very happy so far.

I ordered a pair of glasses to keep a second pair at home. These glasses are just as good and less expensive than the glasses I got through my insurance company. I highly recommend them and we'll use them again in the future.
