This is a scam company. Directly after I ordered a necklace through them I immediately began receiving a series of fraudulent charges totalling over $500 all at online merchants. I canceled that card and immediately filed a cc fraud case. I still have yet to receive any necklace.

I ordered my bracelet a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I’m wondering if this website is a scam if anyone is suggesting ordering anything from this website I would recommend not doing it.

Ordered around Christmas and constantly asking for tracking information which I received in February that product was on the way. Now it is mid-March and I receive this in an email
"We apologize that your package delivery failed due to an address issue. If a redelivery is not requested within a certain timeframe, the package will be destroyed, and no refund will be issued. Please confirm whether you would like to pay for reshipping to have a new item sent to you."
Why should I pay new shipping cost on an item that they were unable to deliver and I can't get a refund unless I request redelivery?

I purchased a ring for my daughter February 10th, recieved notification it was shipped with the tracking number. That tracking number leads to NOWHERE, I contacted the company looking for status , 2 weeks later I recieved a response saying they apologize and would need to check with shipping and if it was lost I would recieve a full refund. That was 10 days ago , I received another notification yesterday that it was shipped with a link thst leads again to NOWHERE . never ever buy from them !!!!

If I could give a 0, I would. Order Matt got lost in the mail. Tracking was nearly impossible. No resolution or refund was ever offered. They take people's money. Scam!

They are not even worth a 1 star..I ordered 2 granddaughter rings for two of my granddaughters for Christmas on Dec 1, 2025. They never came, so on Dec 21, 2025 I emailed support and a girl named "Jane" responded it is in transit and she will have logistics hurry up. In the meantime I called my bank to dispute the transaction. Then 37 Jewelry sent my bank all kinds fake documents, even a different tracking # than what they gave me. They to my bank it was delivered to my mailbox. They even lost my physical address. They had on the receipt that they gave the bank, my email address, name and city and state. No wonder it did not get to me, but for them to create a tracking # and I even get informed delivery and I was never informed..my bank decided to take the 37Jewelry.com's word and charge me the amount for items I never received. I even went to my post office and they tracked the tracking# and it never came to my city and state. this is a terrible company, they are a scam.

They take the money immediately. As for delivery of the product, still waiting. They just keep telling me to be patient.....

I wish I could give this company zero stars. DO NOT ORDER from them. You can search for what you are looking for and find it on a more reputable website. I ordered 3 rings with my granddaughter's birthstones and mine. The color of their birthstones (March and July) was very faint, and my birthstone was supposed to be topaz, which is gold; the stones in the ring were clear, with no color at all. I have been emailing the company, and all they say is that it is the correct stone. The stones look beautiful and bright on their website. Thank goodness I went through PayPal, with which I have opened a case in hopes of getting a refund. PayPal is amazing at having your back in circumstances like these. Always use them when paying any unknown company. Better yet, don't order from these fly-by-night companies. I should have known better. Also, it was supposed to be here in two weeks, but it took 6 weeks to arrive with postage due!

This company is not worth 1 star. I ordered a necklace for my wife for Christmas. I never received it. But they sure took my money. Company said it was shipped. Unable to track. I sent my information and the information of this company to my local FBI Fraud department. They contacted me and stated they were investigating this company. This company is a scam. Stay away!!!!!

Placed order 12/14/25. Received 1/7/26. Could not track until the end and when I inquired, I was told to "be patient". Then it was delivered to the post office, not my house, because I had to pay $7.52 in postage due.!
The necklaces are pretty but I will look elsewhere.

Haven't even gotten it yet and I want my money back. I ordered it a week and a half before Christmas and they didn't bother shipping it out for two and a half weeks. It ruined the Christmas present I had for my GF daughter. Needed the necklace to give her after I gave her the papers where I adopted her. Useless company. Will tell everyone I know not to waste their money

Do not buy from this company. The jewelry ordered comes from China. It had massive delays, and in my situation took over 2 weeks to arrive. They advertise 3-7 day VIP shipping if you spend over $150, which I did. When it finally arrives, the pieces inside were wrong. I ordered a month before Christmas expecting it to arrive on time, it takes them anywhere from 7-10 Business days to provinces your order, and then another 2+ to ship. When I asked why they did not tell me if was origanlly shipping from China, I got some dumb excuse the pieces needed to make my jewelry were not in stock in the US.
The customer service is horrible too. I have asked for a partial refund and they just ignore it.
Save yourself the headache and don’t buy from this company. It’s a real waste of your money.

This company is a complete fraud and scam added my stuff on December 12th for an expedited delivery I have yet to receive anything and they won't return any emails. They wont refund my money . There rude.. keep giving me the run around. Fake tracking number do not order anything from this company there complete scams & con artist

I wish I had read the reviews for this company before buying from them. I ordered a ring and paid for faster shipping, it has been 6 weeks and I still haven’t received my order. Have reached out to them several times and still have not got a reply from them.
Very frustrating and disappointing experience.
If I were you, I wouldn’t order from this company.

I ordered 2 items. Each on different days - a granddaughter / grandmother ring and a mother / daughter bracelet. One in early Dec and other mid Dec. The latter one I paid expedited shipping. Neither one arrived for Christmas. The ring had no tracking # and the bracelet has an invalid tracking #. I had contacted the company and was told to be patient. I have now 12/26/25 written 2 emails expressing my unhappiness at not receiving either item and paying for gifts not received. I’m asking for full refunds on both. Will wait to see what they respond with. I would NOT recommend this company. FYI - it is based in China.

Every single person who works there must and is color blind we ordered rings for granddaughters and both there birthstones aren’t even close very poor quality

37jewlry does not respond to emails, if this company is from China, they would have some one to translated. They need to communicate with there customers

Incorrect ring sent multiple emails including a picture and haven’t heard back

This company does not deserve even one star. I ordered a grandmother's ring and never received it. After 2 1/2 months, suddenly they reported that the package was refused upon delivery. No one refused the delivery. This was a scam. I tried to follow up and request that the package be returned to me and was told. they destroy merchandise that is returned. Do not buy from this company.
