Good service polite good delivery time

Ordered fridge frezzer as mine gave up the ghost and really fast turnaround was delivered the very next day.

With school runs as stressful as they are, 365 Electrical made an extra effort to deliver at 7am which was great. Many thanks to Curtis and Glen who made that extra effort. Brilliant.

Really easy to order, had exactly what I wanted. delivered next day by friendly, helpful delivery drivers. Love the fact you text the night before with a delivery window.

Used 365 awhile now, made several purchases (White Goods) and recommended to family who too have purchased from them. Ordering & Paying is simple Online, given a two hour delivery window on the date I chose (11am-1.00pm in my case) The delivery driver rang me at 11.10am to advise me they'd be with me within half an hour, delvery made at 11.35hrs. The Delivery guys were very professional and respected my home. We would recommend 365 to anyone. Great price & Service all round - Well Done A+

Was looking for a particular American fridge freezer. Found it on 365 electrical and was a bit worried as I was not familiar with the company.. However I did order and was not disappointed. Appliance arrived on time and eventhough it has not yet been fitted it looks amazing. The two delivery men were excellent- efficient and friendly and took care when bringing order into the kitchen. Now that I know the company I will definitely look again and would recommend them.

My freezer went off on sat 24 oct. looked on line sun. selected a freezer which was a great price. ordered the freezer and delivery time was between 10 - 12. Monday. it arrived 0945 on Monday, so i was well pleased. the driver took the old on away. I was very happy with the
service. new freezer is up and running very happy with 365 electrical.
ps bought a cooker from them a few years ago and very happy with that also.

Was very pleased to find the oven I wanted in stock and available for delivery on my chosen day of Sunday. Was given a two hour time slot as promised the night before and was given a call to let me know when they were on their way.

Needed a hob for my flat ASAP, ordered online to be collected. It was easy to find, the staff were most helpful and professional. Would happily use again.

Order and payment process was faultless. However the item we purchased was out of stock at the manufacturers and we had to wait 4 weeks for delivery. Throughout this wait 365electrical kept us informed with regular updates. When they had the item in their warehouse delivery was very quick and the delivery men arrived on time and were very friendly and efficient.
