Chose 360 to support me setting up ltd company 5 days ago. Paid all inclusive package £109.
Emailed them to check on my application/registration process....NO REPLY!!
Will seek further support from FCA if no resolution given from 360

This is thee most unprofessional company in the whole of England. There's literally, none , customer service. I filled in all the forms myself, made 49 pounds payment and to date I've had one email after hounding them. UPDATE: Finally came through as my application was an accepted. Thank you but work in your customer service.

I received very prompt response whenever I wanted info. Efficient service always

Took too long to reply to anything.
No reply to phone calls.
Took days to reply to emails.
Mail was uploaded extremely late resulting in delays from HMRC and a lot of issues with them.
Had to change registered address to sort everything out.
Would not recommend.

It was a straight forward easy process to follow. You need to have the right paper work to file in and the process follows through.

No Bank Account link as promised, disappointing as the supposed ease of setting up Bank Acct when forming the company was a reason for using you. Nothing from Tide!

I will recommend to everyone.

Tried to form 2 companies carried out neither request no response by phone or email now having to take legal action to recover the money avoid at all costs total crooks

It took them 17 days to complete my order. After a week, I requested to cancel the service 3 times and they did not respond. I hired another company formation company and they completed my order and ID check within 10 minutes!
