We loved the property-The only hiccup we had was with the front door lock and the elevator. And they had actually emailed about the elevator issue and I had not checked my email that travel day. So issued fixed first day and we LOVED the house. Can not wait to come back. Everything was lovely-amazing home!!! Only issue was we had to come home!!! ha!!

Great Service company. While we were on vacation we had a bad storm they sent someone to clean the pool the next day. Also our coffee pot didn't work so they brought us a new one the same day. They made our stay very enjoyable.

Excellent rental company. The app was very easy to use and it had all of the information that you required at your fingertips. My daughter left her wireless speaker behind at our beach rental. I contacted 360 Blue and within a day I received an email informing me that the speaker was found and that it would be shipped to me. Jessie C. was the customer service rep and she was wonderful. I had contacted her on a few occasions with questions and she was always very pleasant and responsive. I will definitely recommend 360 Blue to anyone who wants a wonderful easy worry free beach vacation.

The 360Blue App was so helpful for all information regarding the rental from checkin/checkout procedures and entry codes to local weather conditions. Nice tool to have readily available with no paper waste!

Lost Shaker of Salt is a beautiful beachfront condo, the beds are super comfortable and the kids absolutely loved the bunk room!!! Being able to watch the kids swim in the pool with the Gulf of Mexico in the background was amazing. Pool and private beach access was right outside the door. Perfect location. We will definitely be back!!!

425 Beach Front Trail The home was super furnished .The Kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of seating on every floor and outside. 360 Blue staff was the tops #1. The only thing we would suggest is to make the wavier for the golf cart was not very clear how to do it for multiple family names.

Hats off to great management service for the rental we stayed in close to Christmas 2023. I gave 5 stars for the management company because somebody was always available to take our calls when we had issues (e.g., elevator, HVAC, etc.) and a technician was deployed promptly for emergency issues if requested. The property itself was also spectacular. One thing I would like the owner / management company to know- there is a perfume or cleaner smell in the unit that is extremely strong. We could not detect the source of the smell but it was so powerful that we had headaches from the first night there. Further, our food came home tasting like the overly powerful smell, and of course our bags and clothes came back wreaking of, as well. We would love to stay in this specific unit again but the perfume, cleaner, or air freshener used really needs to be dialed back. Not sure why you need such powerful scented stuff when you are right on the beach; the fresh salt water air is the best thing going down there! Thanks again for a great stay, nonetheless.

We loved this wonderful vacation property. Everything is decorated so tastefully and there's much more room than you would think. The front porch is huge with lots of convenient seating, including a large table and a swivel chair seating area. It's screened so there were no bugs, and the screen mesh was so fine that it didn't interfere with the beautiful bay view. We walked out on the pier, just steps from the house, and enjoyed seeing little fish and scuttling crabs. We saw so many herons! One flew so close to the porch I could have touched it had it not been screened in.
The attractive kitchen was stocked with all the utensils, pots and pans you would need, including a wine opener. I noticed an earlier review said there was no dishwasher, but there is now - a GE Profile model that works well. The full size oven, stove top and microwave were perfect for cooking. We enjoyed the large TV at night and the two swivel chairs in the living room were very comfortable.
The private, outside old-fashioned bath tub was a surprise! It was too cold in December to try it out, but it would be fun in warmer weather.
It's a very short ride to Port St. Joe and its many fun and tasty restaurants, and also not too far from Appalachicola, which is like Port St. Joe but on steroids. Lots of great shopping with unique gift items. We loved Brick Wall restaurant and its gourmet pizza.

the house was very clean and well stocked with what we needed, we had a great time the only thing i would change is we brought small children and had no safety gates for the stairs which kept us on very high alert at all times as the living room, kitchen and dining area are on the second floor

My family vacation comprised of 19 people. We stayed at a 360Blue home and it was a wonderful experience. Everything was taken care of for us. The entire house was clean, well stocked, and we had more than enough room for all of us - including the bathrooms. We would happily give this home a 10 on a 10 scale. We would definitely stay at any of the 360Blue's homes as everything was taken care of. The people we worked with were more than helpful and took care of everything we had requested or needed. Be assured that you won't be disappointed in using 360Blue for your vacation.

Fall Break getaway with a group of eight, family of five (3 teenagers + friend) + grandparents, stayed in Watercolor Beachside #6. Awesome location. Very exclusive resort - don’t forget to wear your wristband! : ) This unit was appointed with high end appliances and is evident the owners spared no expense when appointing or updating their unit. This unit was very clean, and the “extras” 360 Blue provides for the stay were thoughtfully presented. The only thing we would have appreciated were beach towels in the unit, as it was difficult some days to get towels from the Watercolor Beach Club. Stairs to beach must be considered when traveling with mobility impaired. A touch up of wall dings and scratches will make this unit in downstairs (most likely kid area) really shine, but just shows many families have enjoyed this unit, and I’m sure many more will to come!

Our recent rental experience in Watercolor was flawless. Reservation system easy to navigate, and agents were very helpful regarding extras that would enhance our stay. The property was well-appointed and clean. Additional requests upon our arrival were promptly addressed. Definitely a 5-star experience.

My family spent a week at the Lucky Enough house offered through 360 Blue. It was truly an amazing experience. The house is just beautiful. The owners have thought of every possible need a renter may have including having box fans available in every bedroom and steps to get into the beautiful, high bed in one of the bedrooms. We found delightful surprises everywhere we looked.
The house was cleaned to perfection and we had everything we needed for a full week of playing in the sand and water at the beach. The beds - oh my goodness - were so comfortable and 2 of them even had the options to elevate your head and feet and to receive massages. It was the most luxurious place we have every visited.
My daughter enjoyed the bunk room so much we may have to buy them for her home bedroom. The kitchen had everything we could ever need. We brought extra supplies but did not need them as 360 Blue provided more than enough for us.
We visited the 360 Blue office for one request. The staff member we interacted with was so kind and gracious. Then we had a few workers come to the house based off our request. These guys were also kind and courteous. They even assured my mother they would be available should we need anything during our stay.
I do have a couple of recommendations. It would be nice if you could add at least one full lengthy mirror in the house and to add something to hold hand towels in the bathrooms. Otherwise, again it was perfect.
If you are visiting the area, bring bug spray. We were completely caught off guard by all the mosquitoes. It didn't impact our stay but I wish we had known there would be so many so we could have brought more spray and protection from them.

Me and a large group of my friends, 6 couples total, had booked a 360 Blue property this past August. After being at the property for 1.5 days out of a 7 day rental, we had received very mixed communications from 360 Blue about us needing to mandatorily evacuate for hurricane Idalia. We were told that staying a night somewhat inland and coming back the next day was not an option as we would not gain immediate access to the property to look for damages from the storm. They did not give us any date on when we would be allowed to return. The area we were staying was NOT under mandatory evacuation. We spent close to 10 grand for a day and a half at the property and 360 Blue has been very resistant to provide any reasonable compensation for the incident.

The cottage at 128 Montigo Ave was just perfect for our family! The private pool and patio were quite lovely. The isolated bedroom and bath provided a good quiet space away from the other bedrooms and baths. We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and the quiet “country” lane. We even saw a deer cross just up the street! The decor was calming and comfortable and had just the right nods to the beach. Multiple outdoor spaces allowed for a variety of activities. Great place!

We stayed at Crabbe Shack and loved the location and the house. 360 Blue did a great job with the maintenance issues we had. The only real problem we had was the dryer needs to be repaired (the on switch isn’t working well and required a lot of manipulation to get it to turn on). We also could not get the oven to turn on but just used the microwave instead.
