Chandan assisted in my company restoration and what seemed like a an onerous task he made seem very simple. He was clear in his instructions for what he required and kept me updated as to the timeframe and where the process is at. Very pleased with the service and for a very reasonable price.

When you speak to someone over the phone they are very helpful, I spoke to Arun who explained things well and was helpful. The website was not straightforward hence I had to ring up and sort my issue out and that's why I gave four stars

Terrible experience with 1stchoice - takes up so much time to resolve something that I feel like it should be very straight forward. Doesn't help you are dealing with numerous difference advisors, some who doesn't know the service/portal very well. Overall a frustrating experience.

Their response to my review is incorrect and shows that they still don’t understand my frustration or what went wrong. Which goes to show that there won’t be any improvement so I will need to look for other competitions to move to in the coming year.
