I bought a refurbished Farberware microwave oven for $40. The first one 1sale sent was not in good condition; it had unremovable scorch marks and food stains on the inside, and a burnt smell that would not go away. I complained to 1sale and they immediately offered to send a replacement microwave without requiring me to send them back the old one. A week later, I received a package from them, but it was only a new glass platter, not a microwave. I informed them of this mistake. They apologized and sent me another package, which did contain a replacement Farberware microwave oven. The replacement oven is in almost pristine condition and looks new to my eyes. While I was annoyed with the condition of the first oven and the mistake with the first replacement shipment, 1sale stepped up and insisted that they would resolve this issue to my satisfaction. They absolutely did so. Also, throughout this process they kept me informed of the status, gave me tracking information, and responded quickly to all of my emails. I am very pleased with 1sale's customer service. I would happily do business with them again.

Every once in awhile you have the pleasure of dealing with a company that does everything right: great products, excellent customer service, a user friendly website and a delivery vibe that makes you feel like “this company really cares! “ I had a minor issue which I contacted the company about and I received an email any phone call within 24 hours to address my concerns. Great Company, Great Service, Great Merchandise, Speedy delivery!

The logo on the top of the post is misplaced (not at the center). It looks awkward. The writing at the beginning was OK, but becomes thinner and thinner, The writing is not smooth, like cutting on paper.
Overall, didn't feel the quality the seller claims.

Excellent - Fast shipping/delivery!

I purchased a reversible blanket set from this site and first of all the description was misleading in that only some of the items were reversible. Secondly shipping of the item took 3 weeks and I received no shipping confirmation information. Lastly when I washed the sheets in cold water the colors bleed all over each other. When I tried to return the items they said they could do nothing about it since it was after their 21-day return policy. So if any item is defective after merely 21 days of use you cannot return it. Poor customer service and defective items. Do not use this site. It is cheap because the items are of very poor quality.

Look this company up on Wiki.... You will be surprised .... Just reading about the history and what they do will make you want to buy there first.... They spread the Christmas cheer all year round. Nobody can beat their specials.

I've ordered several times from 1saleaday and have never had any trouble getting my items. The shipping isn't always the fastest, though. Sometimes it is a couple of weeks, other times it's just a few days. But the prices are low and the products have always worked just fine.

Order 2 items over a month ago and have never received my items. I have sent numerous emails and have never received get an answer. On the 4 th of may received a email stating my package was shipped with 2 tracking numbers. it is now the 8th and my packages still haven't been scanned by ups.

If you stop in daily, you can find some great deals....different deals every day. Shipping is not that fast.

HORRIBLE! Had multiple things wrong with the camera I purchased. Charger was defective, game was "resume" (used or refurbished?!), and the screen had a dark green film when trying to take pictures or video, and on top of it, 3 weeks for shipping! Complained multiple times through email. NO customer service skills. This was suppose to be a gift for Christmas, and due to the non existent customer service I am stuck with a broken camera. WARNING! I WOULD SUGGEST TO NOT BUY A THING FROM THIS "COMPANY"!

They were having this crazy deal on pearl necklaces for $9.99 each so I ordered two--one for my wife and one for my mother-in-law. They arrived a week later and looked even better than the pictures! My only regret is not buying more at that price. I contacted customer service to ask if they would be running the deal again and I got a quck reply saying that there will be similar deals in the near future. I'll definitely be back again to this site!
